Excellent location. Close to restaurants, food stores, shopping and venues. Boardwalk along beach in front of subject property. Unit quite comfortable for 2 couples or family. Well equipped.

Would Stay Again

Hotel suites were well furnished and contained everything we needed to prepare our own meals. Beds were very comfortable. All units have a good view of the pool and ocean. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Adam, I believe is the hotel manager is friendly and accommodating. Best seafood meal we had was across the street and just to the right of the hotel.

Surf Beach review

We stayed at Surf Beach May2-5 it was very nice and clean however it is very small. The kitchen especially was very tiny and no storage space for food. We didn't have a kettle but we ask the kind lady downstairs and she delivered one to us right away! Staff was very nice. And the pool is opened till 11 so that's awesome Beware the part of beach this condo is on is full of shells! I'm not talking about just in a couple of places it is all shells! If you want to spend time building sandcastles with your kids I suggest the other side of the bridge

A very nice place to enjoy Treasure Island

This is a small, well kept resort with good sized rooms and very nice staff. It is close to the beach, with nothing but some grass in between the hotel and the beach. And the view is perfect.

Right on the beach.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Hotel staff were very friendly about where to eat and fun things to do. Let us have an early check in since our room was ready. Very comfortable room with a view that was amazing.

Great vacation!

I love Treasure Island. This hotel is in a great location and has absolutely everything in the condo. The balcony overlooks the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Very comfortable. Great vacation!

We stayed for the long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is a great deal for what you get. It is a big room with lots of extras like kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 bathrooms, and a great view of the water.

Loved it!

Very satisfied with the property. Have stayed at similar properties just up the beach and this one is superior in every way in that the location is so convenient to shopping, the beds were comfy, the rooms slightly more spacious, the condo was well supplied for a day or two, beach towels were available, fabulous gulf front balcony, hard working staff that kept the property looking lovely. The pool could be noisy, and it was quite a hike across the beach to the water. Ideally I would love to see one of the "sunsational" properties adult only, and the other family friendly.

Very nice resort on the beach with a great view.

This resort was very reasonably priced, nicely decorated and close to the beach with a great view of the Gulf from the spacious balcony. It also had a lovely heated pool and hot tub with an area to barbeque. The 2 bedroom condo had all the amenities one could wish for when on vacation. The washer and dryer were great....did not need to pack half the clothes we brought. The information papers indicated fresh linen every 3 days but this did not happen therefore the laundry team came in handy to wash sheets and towels. Upon our arrival, the kitchen floor was very sticky so we sponge mopped and the area rug under the coffee table could have used a vacuuming. There was only one remote for the master bedroom and the living room. There is lots of shopping and places to eat/dine within walking distance. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and would come again as well as recommend to others.

Nice but showing its wear.

We had a wonderful week on Treasure Island, weather was cold a couple of days but still enjoyed the beach and some site seeing. The unit itself was comfortable but showing its usage a bit. The bed in the master suite was ok but the box spring was so creaky that you couldn't move without waking up your partner so we ended up moving to the second bedroom just to be able to get some sleep, definitely needs replacing! This was our first time in the Tampa area, so we did lots of site seeing to places like the Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Disney World in Orlando and really enjoyed the area and all it had to offer. The Surf Beach is within walking distance to many great restaurants, and grocery stores if you prefer to cook for yourself. They also recently finished a walkway that spans the length of the beach that provides a great place to walk and enjoy the beach and some of the cafes/restaurants that are beachfront. Very convenient. We will definitely return.

Great stay!

A great place to stay. Beach was beautiful and convenient. Publix and Walgreens are within very close walking distance for any food and drink needs you may have. Staff were friendly and did their best to ensure a pleasant stay. May want to consider room safes as a suggestion. Nice walking path directly behind the condo. Quiet for families. Pool very small. Gas barbecues, free wifi, and reserved covered parking were wonderful additions. Would definitely stay again. Eva was very sweet and helpful. Rooms are a little tight, if you have a lot of stuff around and if you need the pullout couch. Little counter space in bathrooms for toiletries.
