Do not recommend

The worst thing was the sheets on one bed were disgustingly dirty. The headboard on the other bed was very dirty and the faux leather was worn out. The curtains were very dirty and have clearly not been cleaned for a very long time. The patio is large but there were no chairs to sit outside and there was grass growing in between the tiles. Again it is clear no one is taking care of this property. There is no air conditioning which made the stay even worse. The security in this building is not good. Although the front door required a login the back door was open all day until I closed it.

Close to the airport and in a quiet area. Residents in neighbouring apartments were smoking which you could smell was kinda gross. But overall decent if you just need a place to stay before heading to the airport. Getting in was a bit confusing as the instructions mentioned a key but there are no keys.

Don’t stay there - no concierge, no on-site manager, no instructions on wifi - the most basic of hotels I have ever come across ever. Not up to a one star by North American standards - the only reason I took it was closeness to the airport

Disappointed. The entire building has an odour of Asian restaurant. I like Asian food, but do not like when the smell is ever present everywhere. There is also a constant smell of cigarette smoke, both of these seem to come from the part of the building with more permanent tenants. There was also a sewage smell coming out of the shower. Extremely basic apartment style hotel. The most frustrating part for me was getting waken up at 1:00am by teenagers having a party in a nearby room and the corridor just outside my room. Called the number provided for urgent matters several times but nobody was answering and I would get disconnected every time. The small difference in price with other traditional airport hotels nearby is not worth it. Spend an extra 10-15 euros and avoid the frustration.

Liked its proximity to the airport. The room was spartan, but clean. We strongly disliked the lack of anybody around to help those having difficulty finding their room and then getting into the room. Not suitable for people without cell phones as there are no phones in the rooms. No signs at all with phone numbers for taxi service or location of bus stops.

Confusing check-in procedure. You need a check-in code to enter the building and room. This was supposed to be emailed but wasn't. The directions at the front door were unclear and I had to call (international roaming; $10 I'd like to get back) just to get the code.

We couldn’t get in through the front door for over an hour. I’d read about other people’s struggles and diligently found my key code in advance online, how silly of me. We arrive at 10pm with a small baby in Swiss winter temperatures to a tv screen and manual keypad next to a door which kept telling me that it couldn’t find our booking. There is no lobby, no phone, no wifi to use until you access your room. Options are limited. In the end some guys in their underwear were very kind and let us in. They said that they had to use the last 5 digits of their confirmation code, we tried this too, and failed. Multiple times. The front door has a broken panel at the bottom so the inside of the hotel is also freezing. Baby is now very upset. Eventually my husband found a phone number somewhere on another floor’s corridor to ring. They gave us a third code, which didn’t work. Then they sent a guy who lives in the building and works for them, who was in a tracksuit, to help. This man found a fourth code, which worked!!!! We eventually got into our room, the corridors all smell but the room was clean. It was freezing because the window was left fully open in December. Why?! We didn’t dare to leave the room until we left in the morning. This place is really very strange, the entry is inexcusable, I was starting to think if we should go back to the airport and sleep on the floor. People live in it. Our code didn’t work and without the help of kind guests we wouldn’t get inside.

Check in instructions were confusing. Someone needs to update them that speaks English properly. We had to ask someone entering the hotel how to check-in. They we understood how. But that wasted a good 20 minutes of our time.
