It was a walking distance from the airport And there was a place to eat next the building I just needed a overnight stay The review was not very good that I don’t know why Like I said that I just needed a night stay It was very good hotel I will stay there if I go back to the Swiss land

Airport stay - just what we needed

It was a little hard getting in since you had a code. Just had to find pad - then it was easy. Didn't know where to park but was a large lot to the north and it worked ok. It was comfortable and bed was nice. If in Zurich again and leaving from airport this would work for me.

The mobile reception is bad, wifi works intermittent The check in is located outside where everyone can see the room and key numbers. Should be located more private Apart of that stay was good, close to shops and airport

Check in was a nightmare. Its self check in and requires a code which wasn’t sent by the hotel and we had trouble while entering. The room was clean and tidy except the room service entered the door without even knocking on properly.

Very easy checking, very close to the bus station, 10 minutes bus ride to the airport. I would really recommend this accommodation due to closeness of the bus station and airport.

The check in was fine , no problems. The room smelt stale due to people having smoked in it previously. The kitchen was fine but no kettle to make a hot drink of tea or coffee. The tv was in standby but no remote to make it work . All these problems were told to the cleaning lady who also looked surprised.

The property is largely unkempt, elevator is dirty, the bathroom fixtures are not all in working order, the washbasin was semiclogged. Getting a parking space seems to be impossible, even after emailing as requested by a note at the entrance to the otherwise unreachable office. Topping all of the above was a persistent gutter-stink from the bathroom vent. A terrible experience in a place I wouldn't want to touch again, even with a very long stick!

It is an ok place for the price, not bad, just cheap. Perfect if you just want to sleep and then head to the airport. It was a little bit confusing to find the right building. Not sure if it's always like that but there was no hot water for hours, yet, it worked very early in the morning. Internet is filtered and restricted so not good for some jobs. I could not work from there.

Such possibility if better managed

Automatic checkin had failed and it took 20mins to even get to talk to someone on the phone by which time there was a queue of frustrated customers. Window shutters in my room had failed meaning I got no natural light. Promised to be fixed but wasn’t. Had these things not happened it’s would be a good option at ZRH if you don’t mind an easy 20min walk (although parts are not lit at night). Room itself was clean and well equipped.
