The front desk staff was lovely. Our suite however was a different situation. The fridge leaked, the room had a perimeter of dust around it, there was mould in the bathroom, and there was lipstick marks on the bedding.....I don’t wear lipstick. Also another guest was having a party. The party lasted well into the night keeping a lot of other guests awake. There was no staff to monitor this situation. Frankly Adara Richmond has a lot of room for improvement.

Not a favorable bed, soft and lumpy mattress . No daily room service. We had to request same. Laundry facilities but dishwasher did not work.

Close to MCG and CBD

Surprisingly spacious room for such a low rise hotel. Our one bedroom had a fully equipped modern kitchen and laundry. The staff were great especially Agnes whose great advice and suggestions made this visit one of the best I have had to Melbourne. Construction across the street and the mattress could be more comfortable but we had a pleasant two night stay

the air condition did not work the second day and they put us in an other room right away the service was great. Melbourne is the first stop on our 2 month trip in Australia

Was given key to room with someone already in there , was sent to some room down below with air conditioning not working on hot day went to reception the next morning to tell girl behind counter who looked up at me with a disinterested look on her face , asked her if somebody could get it going , she said she would give the manager a ring , i told her i will wait there unrill he turns up, she told me sorry but he is not answering the phone, she never offered to come and come and have a look herself , i asked her to which see did and got it going straight away , will never be stopping there again.

Property is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Good location can walk to MCG , Rod Laver Arena or catch tram into city . Coles supermarket in walking distance and plenty of wonderful food options . Good range of different types of shopping available. Would recommend.
