Great location. Biggest downside was that in the studio apartment there was a pull out bed. This was not in the listing I read and it was terribly uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

My family and I stayed at Thalacap Residence in August 2025. We had a lovely time. The hotel was clean and easy reach to 4 beaches. It was also close to the restaurants and shops with plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and hotel has a small pool which was great for us all. The low point is the car parking which is free, but very sort after and cars wait for someone to leave. We were fortunate that we didn’t need to drive a lot being so close to the amenities, but if you do leave you could be waiting a long time to get a space. The hotel offers three spaces which costs 10 euros a day, but they may be booked up. Overall we had a great time and could cook in our little room with all a hob and microwave. It also had a fridge and good air con which a god send. I would recommend staying at this hotel as they had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Désordres soirée voisins de chambres

PrĂ©sence d’un groupe de 15 jeunes de 18 ans qui avaient dĂ©cidĂ©s de faire la fĂȘte
 Nous avons donc eu droit Ă  un florilĂšge de gros mots, Ă©ructations, terrasses emplies de bouteilles de verres et de fĂ»ts, et musique !! Formidable dans le cadre d’un sĂ©jour familial avec des enfants de 6 et 9 ans
 J’ai appelĂ© et on m’a rĂ©pondu que la directrice Ă©tait encore sur place : Elle a Ă©tĂ© voir le groupe de jeunes mais n’a absolument pas remis en place les mƓurs des jeunes!!! Les jeunes ont donc pu continuer Ă  passer leur soirĂ©e comme si de rien n’était
 À souligner que les baies vitrĂ©es des studios sont en aluminium des annĂ©es 90 : force est de constater qu’elles ne sont absolument pas adaptĂ©es Ă  lutter contre ces nuisances sonores lorsque vos enfants dorment Ă  4m d’un groupe enivrĂ© et profitant de musique. J’ai remontĂ© ces informations Ă  la directrice le lendemain matin lui reprochant notamment ne pas avoir interdit aux jeunes la prĂ©sence de leur enceinte. Je lui ai notamment reprochĂ© le manque d’obligation des locataires quant Ă  l’usage de la musique dans leur rĂšglement interne : En effet, rien ne fait Ă©tat sur l’usage de la musique dans l’établissement!!! Incroyable pour un Ă©tablissement orientĂ© sur la rĂ©ception des familles!! Bref, la structure est plutĂŽt accueillante, bien placĂ©e et fonctionnelle mais aucunes rĂšgles imposĂ©es pour respecter le calme dans la rĂ©sidence

RĂ©sidence classĂ©e 4 Ă©toiles, il va falloir m'expliquer ce classement vue le niveau des prestations ! Chambre minuscule, sans fenĂȘtre, on a l'impression de dormir dans un placard ! Les photos du descriptif sont trompeuses, la baie vitrĂ©e est celle du salon. Petit dĂ©jeuner facturĂ© 14 €, une honte, pas de salĂ©, pas de jambon, ni oeufs, ni fromages. Prenez votre petit dĂ©j au bistrot en bord de mer, 9 € et trĂšs bon. Nous sommes rentrĂ©s hier aprĂšs-midi et quelle surprise de voir notre badge dĂ©sactivĂ© ! RĂ©ception fermĂ©e, obligĂ© de contacter l'hĂŽtel Mercure pour ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment, un grand merci au rĂ©ceptionniste de Mercure qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actif pour rĂ©activer notre badge. Accueil quasi inexistant, fermĂ© dimanche et lundi matin Ă  notre dĂ©part. Conclusion, pour un prochain sĂ©jour au Cap d'Adge, nous irons voir ailleurs.

Une trÚs bonne expérience de vacances.

L'établissement dans son ensemble est propre, l'appartement pour trois personnes fut suffisant en terme de place. Le mobilier, les différents ustensiles pour cuisiner et manger, les serviettes de toilette, draps, couette, en nombre largement suffisant également. Parking proche, situation géographique idéale, port, plage, commerce et belle ballade à proximité. Réceptionniste trÚs gentille et donnant des conseils sur les différents endroits à visiter.

Superbe accueil personnalisé dÚs le premier contact. Appartement correct et propre. Il manque un peu de chaleur : aucune déco. Manque de porte manteau à l'entrée et la salle de bain,..une bouilloire pour le petit déjeuner serait la bienvenue. La circulation dans la chambre n'est pas facile, les portes du placard difficiles à utiliser,... Nous y avons fait un bon séjour. Adresse à retenir

Bon séjour, appartement petit, idéal pour 2 pers.

Le sĂ©jour Ă©tait convenable. Parking difficile devant la rĂ©sidence Ă©tant donnĂ© qu'il s'agit d'un parking public non rĂ©servĂ© aux voyageurs. L'appartement Ă©tait trĂšs propre mais peu Ă©quipĂ© et surtout trĂšs convenable pour 2 personnes mais pas pour 4. Attention car la chambre est sans climatisation et sans fenĂȘtre ! La terrasse est Ă©galement trop petite pour 4 personnes, possible pour 2 tout au plus. La proximitĂ© port (Ă  5 minutes du dĂ©but du port) et de la mer (trois plages Ă  moins de 10 minutes) est parfaite. Pas de petits commerces Ă  proximitĂ©, 15 minutes Ă  pieds pour une boulangerie et prĂšs de 20 minutes pour une superette, dommage que ce quartier ne soit pas plus vivant de ce cĂŽtĂ©-ci. Accueil trĂšs aimable, manque peut-ĂȘtre quelques indications pratiques, mais personnel trĂšs sympathique aussi pour les chambres.
