Clean and quiet

Partial view of the lake. Close to downtown. We parked on the street for free.

Pulled the spare blankets from the closet and both were dirty, asked for a replacement. It was clearly visible they hadn’t been laundered in a bit. The front desk was quick to rectify with a clean blanket.

Unfortunately this property is not luxury. They are converting apartments into hotel rooms - torn up carpets, poorly designed bathrooms with a shower curtain for wheelchair accessibility vs a shower door in some bathrooms, keys were deactivated daily, no daily housekeeping or removal of garbage - only upon request. The location was great and the beds were comfy and laundry is free. Staff tried their best to accommodate us despite many complaints.

Small, hot room; disappointing stay

Nice hotel in a great location, however our room was incredibly small and uncomfortably hot. Other units appeared to be larger and nicer, but we appeared to get the worst possible room. Disappointed, particularly given the relatively high price tag.

Close to the city, easy access to parking & walks.

Simple, good location, nice and helpful staff. Nice bed, bathroom and slightly squished lounge room. All good.

Nice Hotel right in Queenstown. Good views.

Room was very small, but comfortable enough, given that we didn't spend much time in room. No free WiFi which was a bit of a turn off given the expensive room rate. Staff was top notch, very friendly, and helpful.

Nice hotel right on lake. Walkable to downtown and wharf. No cooking facilities but barbecues were available in a very nice courtyard area

Beautiful hotel on the lakefront

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Addie the reception lady was fantastic to deal with. We had fresh bread out of a bread maker waiting for us when we got there and a bottle of wine(we had said we were staying there for our honeymoon). Hotel was very clean. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from our belcony.

Lunch box let down

Staff responsiveness vatpy variable. Some we terrific and others appalling. The internet rates highest of any where on our trip including very remote locations. Just ridiculous. The additional surprise 2 percent charges for credit charges dissappointing as well.

Great place for a stay in Queenstown!

We had a two-bedroom garden suite which was great for two friends travelling together and was good value for money. It had top-of-the-line amenities -- the kitchenette was well-equipped, the bathroom sleek and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and offered to arrange tours and taxis. The location on the lake and just a short distance from the centre of the town was perfect. Overall, it was a wonderful place for a stay in Queenstown.

Stated amenities missing eg.no safe, newspapers no air conditioning No evacuation route or plan displayed Could here the [people in the next room quite clearly Plus side was friendly staff and breakfast was excellent Lighting in room was bad.Bed lights too dim to read by and we were not able to isolate ceiling lights.
