Nobody let us know reception closed at 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon Arrived at 4 pm The intercom outside the building wasn’t working properly Finally was able to access indoor phone in lobby and chat with someone Unit was small , looked tired and bathroom smelt, there was a drain in floor , not sure where odour came from, but bathroom has no extractor fan The underground garage was extremely hot, discovered on booking out that kitchens of local restaurant vent into that area This facility needs rejuvenation Has good location but disappointing to stay there

We booked a 3 Bedroom apartment, but we had a 2 bedroom and a suite attached to it. one of the bedroom had only fan, no AC, and was hot. The appliances, carpet

We had a studio unit on the sixth floor with views over Kings Beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, with a small but well equipped kitchenette (sink, microwave, toaster, kettle). The generous welcome hamper was an unexpected bonus.

ULTIQA Shearwater Resort was the perfect place for our 3 night stay. The communication from the resort was fantastic and the staff and management very helpful and friendly. Our studio apartment on level 2 had great views and even though it was a bit dated, it was very clean. You can’t beat the location. We could walk to most things but a proper grocery store is a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay Helpful staff on check in and the welcome basket was fabulous. The only negative I would say is the pool access for older customers or people with joint replacements like myself is very difficult. No grab rail and only two steps then it goes to 1.5m

Property was amazing! Been 10 odd years since we were there last and it still lives up to its good memories. In close walking distance to everywhere! Staff are lovely and the property was nice and clean. Fairly priced as well Only complaint would be the bed sheets, the quilt was wrapped with 2 flat sheets and made it awkward to stay warm at night. Other than that, will definetely be coming back!
