Las Lajas vacation rentals

The accommodations were just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the views were great. We were able to take long walks on the beach and the pools were not over crowded. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and groceries stores within a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and Donna was very easy to communicate with. A great host

I have stayed in many countries and many VRBO homes. This one is tied for 1st place on our families list. Our family of 6 enjoyed this huge home with all the amenities I can think of. The kids loved the roof top pool and huge amount of space over four floors. It is beautiful and very well maintained. Sergio is an amazing host and went above and beyond when I killed the battery on my rental car by leaving the lights on. Inside 30 minutes someone was helping me out by jumping the car. How is that for being an excellent host!!!!!

The property was specious and tastefully furnished. The most impressive thing was the stunning view regardless of the time of the day! Simply beautiful!!!

Russ and Linda are amazing hosts. Over the course of our three months, a few issues popped up and were dealt with promptly. They delivered ice, bottled water and a battery operated fan during a 12 hour power outage. The property is lovely, the pool sparkles and our casita kitchen was very well equipped. Good towels and linens and a comfy bed made our stay very pleasant. We did not have a car but cabs and buses were only a short walk away. We hope to get back one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay in Panama at Punta Chame Club and Beach Resort! One of the best vacations both of us have ever experienced!! Our hosts, Deborah and Wayne, were amazing. So helpful at giving great advice every step of our trip, from the time we first booked our stay one year before the trip, to the end of our one-month stay at their lovely 10-home gated property. Very friendly atmosphere; gorgeous pool, which I took advantage of twice a day; great music; and fun activities, for example, karaoke, an informal mini rock concert which we participated in (The Band :) :) LOL), pot luck dinners, etc. The property was comfortable, and very well-located to visit the area. We rented a car (I recommend this be reserved in advance) and visited many places nearby, including Panama City (we especially loved our time, 2 days and 1 night, spent in the Casco Viejo district at the Magnolia Inn), the Panama Canal (we highly recommend the 45-minute IMAX movie narrated by Morgan Freeman), lovely nearby beaches such as Santa Clara, Bikini Beach club (reserve online - $15/person for the day), Playa Blanca, and Playa Chame (wild, rugged beach with plenty of wildlife to view), El Valle, a city in the mountains, built in a huge volcanic crater, which we adored and visited 5 times. Also, Coronado City was a short 10-15-minute drive away from the property, and very convenient, with a variety of supermarkets and great restaurants such as Picasso, which also has great nightly entertainment, including karaoke night every Thursday. Also, we loved the Boga Bar at Vista Mar in San Carlos, a marina bar/restaurant surrounded by the Pacific Ocean - lovely spot for a drink and a meal. Thank you Deborah and Wayne!!!

We had a great week at Casa de Carajo! Jacqueline ensured everything was setup for us and was excellent at communicating. The area is in a gated community, which caused a little bit of confusion getting through the gate because my Spanish isn’t great. More info on this would have been appreciated. The house was very nice and had amazing setup for kids with bunks and activities. Outdoors there was great chilling areas, treehouse, little bath, hammocks, fruit trees. The beach is very close, just across the street and you can walk down one of many access points. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is fantastic and well taken care of. It has everything you need. The views are just amazing! Donna is a great host who answers all your questions in a timely manner. We did not have kids with us but the place is great for kids as well, with different pools and a safe environment. But if you don't have kids with you, the place is also amazing for a romantic getaway :-)
