Nice hotel

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in February 2018. While the resort itself and the wonderful staff, gorgeous view, beautiful pools, and all its amenities, I only have one complaint. The studio suite we had which was adorable , the bed needed replacing. It was like sleeping on a brick. I did mention this to front desk staff and was told they would make note of it. Our room was impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this resort !

Condo on Beautiful Beach

The condo unit was great - 1 bedroom on the 19th floor, overlooking the white, powder sand beach. Free DVDs was nice - we watched a few over the six days. I am not sure if the local charges (cleaning and damage waiver) were figured into the comparison pricing properly; it would be a higher % on a short stay basis. They were noted when I checked my print-out from the booking. Shopping farther west at Pier Park was great. Restaurants in the area were good, with lots of variety.

Dissapointing

We were not happy with the room we were assigned. We asked for a king bed and got a queen, and the carpets were filthy. the room was not at all like the room we saw on line for this resort. The girl at the desk got us another room on another floor which was better than the first but it was still not what we were expecting but we settled for. We had to pay a 45 non refundable fee for damage and a 100 cleaning fee which we thought was crazy and should have been included in the price. The damage fee should be refundable if there is no damage. We were not in our room much and spent most of our time with our daughter and her family who were staying at the Boardwalk. They had a beautiful room and paid less for their stay. We will have to look closer at the rooms next time we book something.

location was great but our unit had lots of faults especially for the money. Our fridge leaked water and ice maker didn't work. microwave didn't work needing filter change. sink, toilet, countertop wasn't clean. Framed art leaning against wall instead of hanging. cobwebs on couch to floor. Overall I don't believe this unit was really ready for us, unit also not updated much for the money. Could definitely use a more beach front getaway with vacation decor to feel more favorable. Overall great location just not dressy enough for the location and money.

This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels.

We loved all of the pool options and the restaurant/bar onsite without having to go anywhere in the middle of the day if we didn’t want to. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking across the street. It was very confusing. Other than that everything was great!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The view was beautiful, there was easy access to the beach, loved the pools and hot tub, and the scenery was gorgeous! The only problems that I had was the 9 am checkout. Before I book the trip, I saw a 10am checkout time. Then after I booked and was locked in, it changed to 9am. Also, though the place was clean, there seems to be a mold problem because we saw and smelled some mold. In addition, the unit needs a little upgrading. Other than these few issues, the stay went well.

Great family resort, very clean and well kept. Several options for pools/hot tubs for the days the beaches were closed due to double red flags. Could easily walk straight from the resort to the beach. Parking was great and easy to get in/out.

We did not get our wrist bands to be on property until our second day, after various requests. We never got the card for the gym. We found pillows in our room with blood on them. We only had one think sheet to cover ourselves on beds. Then we would come back after being gone from our room to find the door open and things moved around. Would not recommend.

The beach was crowded but very nice and easy access. What I did not like was the constant smell of cigarette smoke while on the balcony and on the beach. It slept 8 but was only given complete bedding for 3. The road noise in the front bedroom was loud enough to keep that guest awake until past midnight. Because of these things, I would return to Panama City Beach but not to this resort.

Great Place

This is a great place to stay. Everything was clean and in top working order. All the seating and the beds were very comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.
