This was a spacious, clean apartment in a great location close to a mini supermarket, lots of cafes and the Mercado San Anton. The AC worked great, and the apartment was perfect for our family of 5.

Convenient apt centric to main attractions and walking distance to main streets (la castellana and gran via), plaza Cibeles, puerta de Alcalá, parque de El Retiro. The AC worked great even during our stay in the summer. Clean and well equipped apartment.

The photos in the listing didn’t match the actual apartment, so we didn’t really get what we’d signed up for. The AC in the bedroom never seemed to actually get cool enough. Some of the check in and other processes, namely the locker registration, seemed unnecessarily complicated and couldn’t be done online. However, the location is excellent and we really enjoyed being in this neighborhood.
