최악의 호텔

체크인한 방이 오랬동안 게스트를 안받았는지 지하실과 같은 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났고, 심지어 제공된 G7 커피믹스의 유효기간이 2020년으로 2년이나 지난 커피가 그대로 제공되었습니다. 5일 숙박하는 동안 삼푸, 샤워젤 리필은 한번도 없었고, 다른 에머니티도 가끔 채워주고, 조식 식당에서 자리 안내도 없이 사람들이 마스크 벗고 돌아다녀도 제재히는 사람이 없습니다. 수십번 출장으로 해외에 다녀봤지만 최악의 서비스였습니다.

친절한 데스크 친절한 하우스키핑 가족과함께가기에는 더없이좋은 곳임 정말느린 엘리베이터가 인상적이었고 레지던스특성으로 실거주자가많아 (대부분 한국인) 조식좌석잡기가 힘들었음.

다신 안감

저희 생각보다 너무 지저분했어요. 호텔안에 딱히 뭐 할것도 없구여. 직원들 서비스도 별루고여 와인을 사서 실수로 오프너를 못사서 카운터 가져갔더니 안된다고 하고 3명 예약했는데 수건, 물 등이 2명만 세팅되어있어서 1명꺼 더 달라했는데 끝내 안가져다주시네요...
