I travel many countries and stay in hotels. This is one of the best hotels. Best lacation, views and near to all the shopping. Staff is so informative and cooperative. Breakfast is the best in Europe. I cant find one -ve. May be too many steps 😉. We had very good time.

Great location and espectacular views! The breakfast was very good. The path to downtown Fira was an unexpected bonus but we wish they had explained this alternate path upon arrival. We walked down the main road with little or no sidewalks on our 1st day. We were in room 107 and it was great!

Amazing location, views are incredible and staff are wonderful and helpful. I booked last minute and got a small room without a view or window other than to the main walking area which was not ideal but wanted the location. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. The pool had a great view and most of the rooms did too. Our room in particular did not have a direct view of the sea but it had private sun beds on the roof which was perfect for sunset watching. Would definitely recommend.

Not a great start...but

Nice, clean hotel, well located. Easy walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. First hour of arriving at the pool, no towels, ordered a drink from the bar...took 30-40mins to get a beer and a glass of wine. Only 10ppl were at the pool. The next couple of days were better, but frequently the pool ran out of towels. Little things they could do better, overall the stay was great, fantastic facilities great staff.

Great Stay!

Then location was perfect for the full sunset this time of year (October), the views were incredible, and the staff were very accommodating to help make arrangements for us and answer all questions. We received a wonderful upgrade with a balcony view that made the stay that much more special!! Loved it!

To pricy for what you get

Caldera views are amazing and the staff do their best to make your stay. However, the hotel is outdated and the pool area in definite need of refreshing. Simply too pricy for the condition of the hotel.
