Good value

Great location, reasonably priced. Staff are helpful. Room is very nice but fairly dark, wish there was more lighting. Comfy bed, decent gym. Good value for the price. I’m a repeat customer.

Great Hotel !

I’ve been going to China twice yearly for many years, I’ve stayed in 5 star as well not so great hotels. I NEVER post comments but this hotel deserves it! The check in and out was quick, staff was always helpful and friendly, Robot room delivery was very cool! The breakfast was great, dinner was good, my room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The hotel has a great atmosphere and vibe! If you’re looking for a quiet lame hotel this isn’t for you. If you want a friendly hotel with great service, a modern vibe a great breakfast with very clean modern rooms you won’t be disappointed!

Nice hotel close to essentials

Stayed during Canton Fair. Was nice that they offered shuttle bus service. Also a good bonus was that they offered a traditional western breakfast. Will be staying here again next year.

Nice comfy room

Enjoyed our stay here, bed very comfy and hotel had clean neat appearance. Breakfast was satisfactory our dinner not so great we ordered americano burger with fries and we couldn't eat it, fried in old oil. The elevator from ground to 4th floor had a sewage stink. Regardless we would stay here again.

Staff are helpful. I just wish all staffs were able to speak English as Guangzhou is a business center these days. However, I think it's good effort where they make sure at least one person is able to speak English. Property is clean. Stayed at the suite and they have in room laundry, although, laundry detergent wasn't provided so it's a little hassle. There is a minimarket connected to hotel for convenience. Definitely will stay here again.
