Property is in perfect location about half a US city block to 5th Ave. and across the street from a good seafood restaurant El Gober where you get a discount. Mamitas beach is a few blocks away but the condo will take you there via golf cart. Nicest beach nearby. Hot tub wasn't working when we were there. Overall good stay for the price with a clean room.

Everything was just as advertised. My son loved the property and 5th Ave is just 1 block over. Great location and great staff. They came right away when I requested a wine opener. Everything was clean and no issues. I will stay there again when I come back.

The place in general was very nice close to 5th av but the host the ckech in was horrible the communication with check in was far and horrible service the was no toilet paper and I called and the host said that can’t not bring it to apartment because he has no one that I need to go to pick it up and was far from the property not in the same building also the was no utensils to eat and if you rent an apartment that has a kitchen it listed you need utensils I don’t think a will came. Back to this property never

The property did not disappoint at all! Everything was green and well kept, giving a relaxing feel. Everyone from check-in, to Eric, who helped us take our luggage to our room and shuttled us in the golf cart to the beach and back, to security personnel were all amazing. We would definitely stay here again.
