The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was close to the KLCC Park and nightly water show. Walking distance to the Petronis Towers. Aquarium was walking. Also the hop on and off bus has 2 stops close to the hotel.

The property is not well maintained, we had issues with the aircon and was super warm and though they sent their staff trying to fix it, it didn’t help at all and they didn’t even entertain our request changing the room. The room over all sure it was spacious, but nothing special. The pool area was just mediocre, it’s not staffed, and the ambience felt like a condominium pool. Do not recommend.

A Happy Choice!

Very happy that we chose this apartment suite. It was huge and felt like home. Very convenient location. The only thing I would suggest is the lightning. It could be brighter in the living and dining area. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious hotel close to shopping and attractions.

Hotel was very spacious and clean and close to the Petronas Towers and Bukit Bingtam is an easy walk away. Love the little details like news paper every morning and loved the apartment style rooms. Staff are attentive and courteous but the checkin process was incredibly slow.

Very good location, room is nice. The restaurant was underconstruction, and we had to order breakfast everyday, and the breakfast was not good, although they provided some choices, there would be something wrong at the next morning. And it didn't taste good... I had to order grab food instead. They charged me NTD$1080 for the bad breakfast. The housekeeping didn't do a good job either, the trash was in the trash bin for five days without cleaning. The dishes were washed, but not clean.

Great location and comfortable

Loved the location. It’s literally just across the road from KLCC. It was great for shopping , dining and hailing a Taxi. The room was spacious and the pool upstairs had a great view. We loved it and would love to return again.

Hotel was okay. But tired and slow lifts but not a major problem. Sound proofing was good in that I could not hear any other guests, but not great when it came to traffic noise. Great facilities and fridge with a convenience store next door
