Excellent location. Very central for touring. Hosts were great. Easy check in and check out. Apartment was HUGE and perfect for families. Well equipped (we cooked some breakfasts and dinners there). Air conditioning worked great. Would stay there again for sure.

Very close to the subway station. Easy walkable access to the market. It is hot in august and the air conditioned rooms were so welcome! Shower was excellent!

This was a amazing place to stay, Rooftop bar was awesome, Food was great location was perfect, there’s a massive food court called the time out across the street that has every type of food you could think of. Pedro our concierge was amazing. Would definitely stay there again for sure

The property was a very convenient location, walkable to Rossio Square and Alto Barrio but be ready to walk uphill. The staff was very helpful at check-in and Rodrigo was super helpful with restaurant suggestions and helping us reserve a table at Ramiro. Property is also a few steps away from Time Out market.

Good location, well furnished. Concierge was very helpful and attentive via WhatsApp. Make sure you confirm the number of actual beds you need. They seem to decide on how people should sleep based on the number of people there. We were 5 people that needed 4 beds but got 2 double beds and a single bed.

Overall it was super pleasant staying in the hotel. Clean and great location. It would be better if the hotel could use sound proof windows since it is close to a kindergarten or preschool where you hear noise around 8am.

It's in a good location for travellers. The system is easy to access. The room is large with a bit of old furniture. Overall, it's a good place to stay. You can walk to all the attractions in the city.

Busy and noisy area, apartment was okay though. Good thing was that there was extra door to the corridor blocking noise from corridor but quite a lot of noise from the street. They provide minimal towels, no separate hand and face towel and only one coffee capsule. Too big pots, no smaller one, no salt. They ordered me a very expensive transfer which I got no receipt and it had to be payed in cash so grey economics. Don't use this service, use rather e.g. uber.
