Room hadnt been dusted in a long time and the floors werent very clean/were sticky. Otherwise a good spot. Dont get a room beside the mainstreet as it is quite loud.

Not the best experience

We didn't have the best experience at this hotel. There was no A/C, no fans, and no screens on the windows, so we were hot and we got bitten by mosquitoes. The font desk was also not very helpful. I asked for an extra pillow twice (on separate days) and despite their promises that one would be delivered, it never transpired. The shower was very badly designed resulting in a flood on our bathroom floor the first night and little assistance from the front desk regarding the issue. The kitchen was well-equipped but the stove was very difficult to use (it is not intuitive). On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment was nice overall. It is also right across the street from the RER station (which gave us easy access to central Paris and CDG Airport) and a bank that we could use as well as a grocery store. It was also fairly inexpensive. I don't think I would stay there again, especially not in the hot summer months.

Comodo ai servizi, situato in zona 3 si raggiunge il centro di Parigi in 20 Min. Peccato per le pulizie trattandosi di un aparthotel e non semplicemente di appartamento mi aspettavo delle pulizie , in una settimana mai cambiati gli asciugamani (2 per 4 persone) mai neanche lavato o aspirato, anche nelle zone comuni poca pulizia

Appartement sale et mal odorant, odeur de tabac et remontées d’odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain. Manque de vaisselle et de couverts, obligé de demander à l’accueil des couverts et un tire bouchon ! Boîtier de lecture de badge a l’entrée de l’hôtel en panne, obligé de passer par le parking (après la fermeture de l’accueil) Parking payant mais dans un état délabré, sale et des détritus en peu partout! Les moquettes des couloirs extrêmement sales ! Le petit déjeuner est résumé à quelques viennoiseries et pains industrielles, les confitures industrielles de piètre qualité ! Pour le tarif on attend bien mieux !

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days of our honeymoon. What we had a problem with were the fact that the toilet is in its own room but there isn’t a sink in there. Also, the shower door was very difficult to close and because of that water kept on going out of the shower also because the shower head was in a weird spot. The closet door was very busted up, off its hinges. Other than those problems, everything else was good. The room space was big enough and there was a tabletop stove and mini fridge.
