We enjoyed our overall stay. But there was nowhere to park so we parked in the plaza beside the hotel. Inside was really nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I would stay and recommend here again!

The place is great and with a nice contemporary design. I feel that the code to enter the suite is a challenge to remember. Also there are many homeless that stays near the entrance but usually did not bother us.

This was a comfortable and stylish apartment to stay in, complete with an equipped kitchen and big screen TVs. Super location close to McGill, restaurants, grocery stores, and a drugstore. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious, modern, and clean. We were very comfortable at our stay at a 2 bedroom apartment. Outside the apartment there’s a few homeless, we didn’t feel safe parking our car on the streets but there was a garage nearby. The apartment is superb and secured.

Great stay! Great communication and a beautiful space as it is thoughtfully appointed. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and a lot of pillows. As it was a spring stay it was a good temperature. But with the beautiful open concept it might be warm in the summer. A great location for our us.

It is a great, convenient apartment that is located near public transportation and some fantastic, affordable eating options. The area looks a bit rough, but it was safe and home to some amazing food options (Lebanese, Korean, etc.). It's remotely managed, so it helps to have things worked out ahead of time, but the hotel team was incredible and very responsive.

It's a very nice place, I felt too comfortable like home and is very centric, close to everything. The only bad thing was that there are a lot of homeless even in front of the main door.

We had high expectations for Hotel Milton-Parc, but our stay was extremely underwhelming. While the space was nicely decorated and had a modern interior, the cleanliness was far below standard. Almost every surface felt sticky, and the lack of proper cleaning was very noticeable. The bedsheets had visible red and black particles on them, and we were forced to sleep on top of the blanket, using our jackets to cover ourselves due to how unsanitary it felt. The toilet seat was barely attached, and the floors were so sticky and dirty that our socks turned black by the end of our stay. We were especially disappointed as we had come to Montreal to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. If you’re considering booking here, I strongly recommend exploring other options.

The place is very modern and has lots of space. Parked the car on the street by the meters. Very convenient location, but saw some interesting people at night on the street, still safe though.

A very large and spacious apartment with a full size kitchen. Although noisy and hot outside of the building it was very quiet and cool inside the building. The bed was big and very comfortable. Unfortunately the building does not have parking and the closest parking garage was closed. I did find parking about 10 minutes away.

Downtown Montreal

Great Downtown Montreal location. There are two 24 hour establishments nearby, so expect usual city noise. There is a homeless presence there as well. Good place for a short stay. Very modern loft.
