Spacious, separate kitchen with complete utensils and comfortable living area with a smart TV . The service staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, you can order from the menu and buffet food selections are great too. The hotel is close to the malls were it's safe to reach by foot.

The staff are very helpful, accommodating and nice. They provided us of all the things that we requested. But some parts of the building needs some tlc. Like parts of the floor in our room was uneven and it moves when we walk. The baseboards in the lobby of our floor was busted and the elevator buttons need some replacement and an upgrade. Also, some of the towels and bathrobes that we had was a bit old. But other than that, we had a comfortable stay😊

The property was well kept and the room that we had was very nice and clean. It was well thought of. I love the kitchen because it has all the equipment that you need to cook and it all looks brand new! I also love the washroom because it smells good and clean. The bathtub and the shower are separate which was nice. The hallway was clean and it smells good! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!😊

The reception staff are awesome! They are kind, polite and friendly. Always smiling. Always helpful! The room is cozy, comfortable, and clean! Only thing missing is a RAMP for the wheelchair- borne customers and for those carrying lots of heavy luggage.

The two bedroom suites are very nice and spacious and overall are in excellent condition. The location is ideal as it's a few min walk to Greenbelt. My only negative feedback is the breakfast. It's not in line with the hotel rating. The breakfast choices and presentation are more in line with a 3* property.

Excellent stay. Location can't be beat.

Stayed for 5 nights in 2 bedroom suite Room 2316 from November 19 to 24. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to Greenbelt Shopping complex. Check in was a breeze, since there were 4 males in our group we were able to get a complimentary rollout bed. Thank you Jack at Front desk. Room was spacious approximately 1200 sq ft with king bed & 2 twins with 2 full bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent at the 2nd floor Abuela's, received great service from wait staff especially Bella who attended to our every request. There's an ala carte menu & a buffet so lots of options. Room was kept clean & there was a full size water dispenser in the living room so not having distilled water was never an issue. Staff were great. Doormen, wait staff & front desk. As a residence/hotel used the laundromat on the 9th floor. For 225 Philippine peso about $6 Cdn was able to wash 8 kg worth of clothes. As I previously been to Bangkok & Boracay before staying In Manila having to wash my clothes was definitely a benefit. Overall, wonderful stay in a great location.

Short stay at Millennium

I stayed at Somerset Millenium for just 1 night between Xmas and New Year's. Overall my stay was good, and in fact the only negative was that my particular room was dark and lacking natural light as it faced a wall as well as overlooked the pool area (only 1 floor above) and was therefore somewhat noisy at times during the day (room 1116). I would certainly stay again but only if given a room facing out over the street. I didn't mind too much as I was only staying for 1 night. Now, the positives: The staff were exceptional! I was able to check-in at about 8am and was given a 2pm late check-out. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, courteous and smiling. The fitness room was well equipped and finally the location was a big plus for me as Greenbelt is less than a 5 min walk away and even closer are 2 small parks.

First time to stay in Somerset and the experience is above expectation. Hotel is very clean, very quiet and near shopping mall.
