Very Good Location

Apartment is well located, assuming you are driving. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Dunedin in a quiet residential neighbourhood. There is shopping for groceries nearby. Room is large and comfortable.

Great, well kept apartment. Parking could be tight if you have a van. Nice area but a good 25 minute walk up and down steep hills from downtown and other main attractions

Nice and clean and comfortable. But if you have a large vehicle (ute or SUV you'll find the driveway and parking very very tight and may need to park on the street and walk in.

A really lovely garden setting, varied and picturesque. Provided interest and privacy. Our apartment was on the ground floor on the back side but the planting was done so well it felt cosy, light, and classy.
