Payment processed, confirmation received and upon arrival no availability. After trying for over 2 hours to find another place close-by, finally had a room. No clean linen or towels daily, only Monday and Thursday but you are free to use paid laundry facilities in between these days.

Beachfront is a great plus with the boardwalk in front of property! Key bracelets are awful and never work - it took two tries and one key card try before I could enter my room on the 12 floor from the reception floor! Staff is arrogant and Capital Vacations rep always hounding you to attend their Timeshare meeting. Never again!!

Outstanding location!

It was my alone vacation, to relax. This hotel is ON THE BEACH, literally 20 seconds to Boardwalk and 30 seconds to the beach. This fact alone is amazing. The stuff is very polite and welcoming. Kitchen is very well garnished, with anything you need to cook (bring salt, pepper and oil). The only thing that I found surprising was that the windows doesn't open at all. They are office-building style windows, that were not made to open. But since this hotel is on the beach and so close to all the restaurants and entertainment, this fact didn't spoil my vacation at all. If you need groceries, hop on bus #4 to Publix market, about 15 minutes away by bus and costs 2$. Oh, there is also a very nice outdoor pool at the hotel, with a tiki bar. And good enough gym.

We asked for, and received 'oceanfront' but were disappointed that there was no balcony, nor any windows that opened - so there were no sounds of the waves etc. The view though was beautiful.

Spacious, clean and perfect Florida place with a nice pool, spa and room. Even after I checked out, the staff agreed to keep my luggage safe for the time I was in between two cities before checking in to my new hotel, received important mail and kept my food in a refrigirator to accomodate me. 5 Stars experience for the 7 days spent there, thank you !

At the check-In to the hotel a receptionist did not tell us anything, because of this there were many unpleasant surprises. We were not asked if we had any questions.. They didn’t tell us what is facilitates in the hotel. We were not warned that all days we would not be changed with bedding or towels. And just to replace one shower towel after 4 night it will be extra $50 USD!!! They didn’t tell us anything about breakfast and where to drink coffee or whatever on morning.. We were allowed to check out of the room for a couple of hours later, and then they began to come in to call and kick us out of the room. Our friends came to visit us and decided to stay in a hotel for one night. Got a terrible attitude, and a lot of unpleasant questions. As if they were doing a favour that they were allowed to move in. We really did not like the attitude of the staff towards us as a client.

Was a pretty nice place! The boardwalk is amazing. Relaxed and not too expensive like south beach. Hollywood Beach Towers pool area is pretty nice, not 5 star but very nice for the price and very good location.

We liked the complimentary parking because we had to rent a car. My wife did not like the idea of no maid service to make the bed each day while we were out. I was OK with it, but this was probably from habit in past hotels. Another surprise was the towel exchange on Mondays & Thursdays only. When you only get 4 big bath towels to start with, for 2 adults in a room, reusing is a must. I also do not see this as a big deal, but wives can be picky about this sort of thing. Hotel location was great for us with an ocean view.
