We stayed here with two youngs kids and had a great time. The suite was clean and very nice. The views of the beach are beautiful. The pool is small but nicely shaded by trees. The restaurant on property was limited but there are several options nearby. We rented a golf cart to get to town but it is walkable if you don't have young kids in tow.

A Wonderful Stay at Tres Cocos, San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Belize Our stay at Tres Cocos was absolutely delightful! The property boasts a stunning view from both the en-suite room and the living room, and everything was impeccably clean with comfortable beds. During our stay, the air conditioning in our en-suite room stopped working. The manager, James, promptly tried to fix it, and although it couldn’t be repaired that night, he kindly gave us a refund for one night. We didn’t complain or show disappointment because we understand that things happen, but his proactive approach and generosity truly showcased the exceptional customer service at Tres Cocos. The location is perfect—situated between the north and south, offering a quieter atmosphere compared to the busy town area. It’s also close to some amazing restaurants, like The Dog House and Mesa Bistro, which became one of our favorite spots to eat. The staff and locals in the area were incredibly friendly, and James went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We would absolutely stay at Tres Cocos again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Belize!

Great resort! The apartment we stayed in was well appointed and amazing. Everything you need and spacious. The pool, amenities and facilities were clean. The restaurants close to the resort were good, too. Totally recommend this resort if you’re in the area! Cheers.

The floors in the room were dirty and disgusting. The dirt walkways did not help. The door matts outside were too thick to open and close door while no door Matt’s inside. The sofa was dirty as were much of the countertop.

5/5 stars. There was not one thing that remotely upset me with this resort. Firstly: we were delayed at the airport due to flights. The office normally closes at 6 and we arrived between 7:30-8. They carried our bags up to our suite (ocean view, steps from the water with ZERO obstructions) gave us a welcome drink and then a quick tour of the property as well as a full tour of our room. Secondly: the suite was perfect, clean, large came stocked with a water cooler and plenty of towels, massive tv in the living room as well as one in the bedroom. Thirdly: the property was immaculate, the restaurant on site had amazing food, plenty of parking for golf carts, plenty of space around the pool, and perfectly landscaped. All in all, it’s hard to compete when you move onwards to your next destination once you leave here, they’ve set the bar high. Would recommend and will definitely return.

The property is very well managed, staff is very helpful and always answering / responding to inquiries. Not only the rooms were amazing, it was actually an apartment with two rooms, living room, dining table, full kitchen, two bathrooms, three different AC units for each area, but the staff helped us booking our tours, rent a cart, advised on places to eat, hang out, visit etc. The place has everything one would need: pool, beach with chairs, access to the sea, restaurants close by, one on site. Did I mention the washer and drier that we had in our unit? Very happy we stayed here, we definitely will come again!

Just returned home from my stay at Tres Cocos and feel sad to have to leave! This property is extremely well located - close enough to conveniently access grocery stores, restaurants, activity centers, and the beach, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro that you feel like you're in your own little oasis there. I found Tres Cocos to be very relaxing and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay here again for future visits to Ambergris Caye.

Fully recommend this hotel.

It was my first time in San Pedro and this is a great choice of hotel if you are planning to rent a golf cart (most people do). Just outside of town, it’s quiet, clean and connected on each side to two excellent restaurant/bars. It’s about ten min by cart to town if you want to go to the main area of fun. You can also call a cab. I loved having a full kitchen. I will return again, and I fully recommend this hotel. The only issue is the spotty wifi still needs work. LTE is ok in this area.

The staff at the resort were very nice and helpful when they could be. There was a pump outside our window that was quite noisy and engaged every time someone showered or flushed the toilet. The staff put some insulation around it but it still was disruptive to sleep. The pull out couch had no mattress in it so was horrible to sit on as you just sank in to it with no support underneath. The resort was clean and the staff endeavoured to keep sea grass at bay but that is an endless exercise. The pool area was the best place.

Amazing stay

They let us check in as early as 11:30 which was amazing! Then we got to our “room”. I was a huge brand new 2 bed 2 bath beachfront condo. It had a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The master bedroom had a huge walk in closet and a log size bed. I almost cried I was so happy. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful and the Moreno permanent residents that live there were equally as nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend this place. Pool area was great and comfortable too!
