Great location, easily walkable around town and close to excursion pick up and drop offs Staff were nice and always greeted us when we came in. Heat konked out but we got an upgrade for the remainder of our stay. Would recommend

We were really happy with our stay in the aparthotel. We had some pubs right beside the place so that when we wanted to go out it was so easy and quiet from all the other tourists and noise higher up on the royal mile. Being on the royal mile was so awesome so walkable to all places and having the hop on and hop off bus so close to the aparthotel was great for a day of full tourist activities. It was super nice to be able to cook some food ourselves and have the big fridge for snacks made it so that we didn't have to worry about all of our meals and saved us a little b it money which was super helpful.

This is a great hotel to stay at in the old town of Edinburgh right on the quiet end of the royal mile. Amenities are great in the lobby and the staff are very helpful at all hours of the day. Very walkable to the train and everywhere you want to go in this beautiful town.

Beds were absolutely horrible - lumpy and sloping mattresses should have been replaced ages ago. The little kitchenette was perfect otherwise. The on-site laundry was a blessing. Staff were lovely and knowledgeable.

Great location 10 minute was from train station on the Holyrood Castle side of the Royal Mile. Hotel had conveniences of a fridge and fully equipped kitchen. Did not have the breakfast at the hotel as many dining options in the area. Would recommend this hotel.

i was a little reluctant to choose this property as it does not include daily maid service. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you can easily exchange your towels at anytime. If required you can easily dispose of excess garbage. All units have kitchen facilities. There is also an option of a buffet breakfast available at an additional cost. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

An excellent location on the Canongate. Only 10-15 minutes walk to Edinburgh Castle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Apartment room, especially the bedroom was small. Kitchen was tiny. Air conditioning did not seem to work well.

When we checked in, the front desk personnel were not friendly, so unlike the other hotel personnel on our trip. The bathroom light was burned out and the toilet kept running. Our room was located across from a noisy restaurant which meant we were woken up by them taking out garbage and bins early in the morning and then kept awake by patrons sitting at the outdoor tables. We asked to be moved but the response was that they almost never get complaints.

The hotel's location is just away enough from all the hustle and noise of the Royal Mile, but also close enough of a walk that you're there in less than minutes. You can be in the action or at a distance, if you want. For two people, a double studio room is fine. It can feel a bit tight with two big pieces of luggage, but it's fine. The check-in time was later than other places we stayed at, but they do have a room to leave luggage (though it's quite small). We didn't have an iron or ironing board in our room, which was a bit of an inconvenience, but the reception did make efforts to try and help us. The room could get warm at times even with the AC full on, but eventually cooled down to a good temp. Again, it was a good stay and we would likely consider staying here again if the price is right!

The location is excellent; right on the Royal Mile. Operated as apartment style hotel, it offers minimal services (you pay for room services and clean towels etc during your stay). We stayed in the studio so needless to say it is small but well equipped with kitchen wares in the kitchenette. However the bathroom sink is so small and shallow so when you turn on the tap to get the hot water, it would overflow literally to the floor. When we first got in the room, there were hairs on the pillow cases which was huge turnoff! It made you wonder whether the room was clean!
