Requested a hairdryer3times but was told no one on ousekeeping was available to find one we will send it up shortly. Never saw it. No towels at pool and no one wanted to help. Hot tb had 2ring of dir around top.just small things that rust rate

Generally great- grocery and small restaurants near by, kept the cost down to be in walking distance to the central area instead of staying directly inside. Everything we needed. Surprised at the unfortunate extra charge for parking. Botanical gardens across the way was fantastic!

Good spacious apartment. a little out of town but easy to walk in. great location for jogging or a short walk to melbourne aquatic centre. Pool and gym area are poor. Building is a little tired and needs a reno. Apartment was clean and had a small balcony. great value overall

The staff is ok; nobody goes out of their way to be overly cheerful not give you the rundown of what's available to you Upon check-in. The pool and sauna are very small and dated with no windows A community centre would be better. The kitchenette does not have the basics to cook with. The room is fine no opening windows there either. The whole place needs an update.

Great for extended stays

Fantastic price and not too far out of the city - walking distance to Flinders street and great walking/running around the botanic gardens on the tan track. Hotel was comfortable and very quiet. Great amenities for an extended stay.

Was a nice place to stay last minute. The carpets give the place a very dated feel. The aircon in our room was a bit temperamental and the bottom of the bath tub was worn, not broken but the white worn away from cleaning over time

Extremely disappointed my room wash very dirty - dirty tissues throughout the lounge my bedding was all dirty in side and on the out side even blood and bodily fluids stains it was un sleep able I brought it to there attention they asked me to send photos so I did that was on the Saturday morning and I checked out today Monday 17th and they still never came to the room to rectify the filth that we paid good money to stay in extremely disappointing would not recommend anyone to stay there. Our key pass had to constantly be reprogrammed we was locked out multiple times a day. I had to email my photos again today when I checked out and still have not heard anything from them !!

Shakespeare in the park

Good location nice room but rusted patio. No furniture on patio. Cannot understand why they hold $200 after you have prepaid room. Trouble with swipe card. Quite rude woman on check-in. Other than that nice shower quiet room and good bed.
