Dumbest part about this hotel was that I couldn’t even enter the place and sit/relax on a couch before 3 pm. I arrived in the morning and came to the hotel hours earlier than check in time thinking I could at least go sit inside the couch, use the bathroom, leave my luggages and go explore the area. The lady opened exactly at 3 pm. They have the notice up on the door, you can’t enter between 12-3 pm without an access code. Lady was nice though and check in was fast. Didn’t like that we had a curfew of 11 pm. The floor was dirty when I went. The bathroom is small and coming apart in some places. There is no air conditioning/the thermostat didn’t seem to work. I had the window open the first day but then I got mosquito bites, which kept me awake all night. I wish the window came with mesh net! No soap in the kitchen sink but otherwise it was fully furnished. No duvet or top sheet. They had a tv but wish it was a smart tv. Honestly it was too expensive and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Only stayed cuz of the proximity to Nice-Ville station. Alsace-Lorraine is also within walking distance. I would recommend staying closer to the city centre.

Good amenities for families!

Great for families! We had everything we need to cook meals. The location is excellent, a short walk from the train station and La Promenade des Anglais. The only thing that needed improvement was the cleanliness of the bath area. The staff is friendly!

Nice stay in Nice

This is an apart hotel. Close to Nice Ville train station, and beach. Service is outstanding. Fix any problems right away. Room is OK. We were out most of the day, Nice is a very nice city. very easy to take train of buses to any other city in French Riviera.

Good value for the money, nice area

We had a pleasant 5 nights stay here in mid Sep 2017. Very good value for the money. Professional and friendly staff. Limited housekeeping, as normal for an apart hotel. Good food around, at big or small stores/restaurants. Well appointed kitchenette. Close to the main rail station, very good for day trips on the coast. 10 min walk to the Promenade des anglais.

Safe and affordable hotel. We had a twin room with beds more like cots than single beds and one pushed right against the wall. The sleeping area is tiny but the price is low for Nice.

All the staff were very helpful, understanding and professional. The apartment while small and clean is in need for re-modeling to be competitive. When travelling with medium size suitcases there is little room to use them as there is no furniture, draws etc for clothes. Space is limited but fairly typical for this type of building in Europe.

Enjoyable stay

Not a fancy hotel, but the rooms have everything you need. Beach 5 minutes; most sights 20 minutes walking. Hotel staff very helpful and cheerful. Parking next door, well worth the 10 euros per day.

Good value for a family

Good value especially for a family, central location with easy access to supermarkets, beach, train etc. Good and cheap North African food markets nearby for those who are willing to venture out into a rougher but exotic neighborhood about 10 minutes away. Good air conditioning and very clean room. Felt safe but it would have been good to have a safety deposit box in the room. The only issues were very uncomfortable pillows; and a telephone shower- seems to be a standard in Europe but makes it difficult to shower and wastes a lot of water. Helpful and friendly English speaking reception. Would stay again.

Please red the other reviews for this place. The high rating is very very misleading. If you don’t care about cleanliness, smell, bad WiFi small bed then fine this is the place for you.
