Excellent value for money

Big one bedroom with kitchen, full size fridge, stove, microwave, blender and sandwich maker. Secure gated property with covered parking. Nice interior grounds. On site office with friendly, english speaking staff. Large supermarket, Ole, is walking distance, (less than 1 km). Fast food available in Ole and in adjacent parking lot. (Pizza Hut, BBQ chicken)

Just to relax nothing else useful

No proper internet. Went for business, but internet never be stable, evening off and on in morning, not strong enough. No paper towels, no foot mat, water leaks from AC. No proper dishes and old vessels and pan for cooking, they are horrible condition. Otherwise good pool, natural sounding, only two staffs know little English, tough to communicate

this is not a Hotel. Expedia has it wrong.

staff is friendly not much English speaking around the property. these are apartments so be prepared to buy your own soap, internet did not work entire 5 day stay, forget showering unless u can do it under few drops and no hot water, 1 closet hanger, car is a must, u have to enter into gated comunity of about 40 small buildings where locals live but security at gates are very rude and will give you hard time getting in if you dont have a sticker on your car rental which was never provided even after me inquiring...car is a must, no beach nowhere near (place is called 7 beaches lol), q bedroom unit is very functional and ok clean.

I will definitely be back in a couple of months Raquel the property manager is respectful, professional, and organized along with her staff to help maintain the property. If you’re not still on the resort, I would recommend staying at seven beaches Punta Cana hotel.

Wonderful staff

The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are alright but infrastructure is poor, no comfortable furniture, no beaches at Punta Cana seven beaches, the other name is Bavaro Green is the same hotel.

Horrible!! Me tocó un apartamento lleno de cucarachas al estar en el ground floor. La señora de la oficina me envió a una señora de la limpieza y tiraron un anti cucarachas pero no era suficiente seguía teniendo cucarachas subiendo por las sillas mesas, etc... Horrible!! Me dijeron que si renovaba reserva me pondrían en otro apartamento un segundo. Renové pero no me movieron hasta 3 días después, no dormí durante 3 noches. HORRIBLE!!

This property is great for local experience! I have been to all stars type places, and this place is great in my opinion. Grab supplies from a few blocks away for a week or month. What i paid for a week in January, I was more than happy.I probably could have tipped a bit more.
