We liked it, looking forward to going back. Rooms are good but not perfect (I didn't expect them to be), some minor cleanliness issues and our dishwasher had a broken top rack that couldn't be used. Amenities were great, hot breakfast was good and varied, pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. Grounds were well kept. We didn't use house keeping, so not sure how they were. Staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly.

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour d’une semaine en famille. Facile d’accès pour la plage. Les employés étaient tous très sociables et prêts à nous aider. Ils nous demandaient toujours si tout allait bien et comment on aimait notre séjour. Étant une famille québécoise, le déjeuner pouvait à l’occasion manquer de variété.

My wife and I stayed one night while driving down the coast. We enjoyed the facilities and especially being so close to the beach. The Breakfast was unfortunately not a great experience but may have been a one-off. We would definitely consider staying here longer.

Nice place to stay with some issuses.

We enjoyed the Strand. The location was great, the views were wonderful and we did enjoy our stay. Staff was very friendly. The beds weren't bad, the breakfest wasn't bad. The only problem was if you really didn't care for eggs or had egg allergies you were limited to what you could eat. They offered syrup but there was only one day they offered french toast. Be nice if they had a waffle or pancake machine. My complaints are if you have more than one C Pac machine the bedroom doesn't accomidate it. Our bedroom had no where to put or plug it in. We ended up stacking boxes and using a suitcase to put our machines on. The other bedroom had a had a night stand, but that still left no room for another machine. With the growing people that use C Pac machines this is an issue. So if you use a C Pac machine be prepared to Mygaver a place to put it and don't forget the extention cords. You probably will need them. The one bedroom had terrible lighting. We would have to turn on the bathroom light so we could see at night. The was light way over past the bed and it wasn't that bright and it had to be turned on at the light. No switch for it so it was very difficult to use and get too at night. Another major issue is parking.They have a parking lot for oversize vehicles but everytime we went to park our truck we would see cars parked there and the parking garage had plenty of space.This lot needs to be to monitored better and have properly marked handicap parking.

One week family vacation

Overall it was nice, but was on the 17th floor which is way too high for me so I couldn't enjoy the balcony. The oven was covered with grease on the bottom so it set off the fire alarm in the room and no one came to check if we were ok, found that strange as you think in such a big building they would have at least called to make sure there was no fire. Bathrooms are super small, living room and bedrooms were a decent size though. Not sure if I would stay at this location again.

The property was very well located. 10 minute Uber to the airport and cheap Ubers to get to broadway on the beach and the boardwalk. The room itself was very clean but building is definitely older and a bit run down. Could use some updates. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very nice. We noticed the safe was locked when we arrived and they had a maintenance person up at our room in 2 minutes. Easy check in and check out. The bar however was closed for our entire stay. I also didn’t get a receipt for the transaction and when I got home the charge for my room changed and an extra 15$ was charged. Not sure what this was for as I gave a 100$ deposit and got that back. Overall was a nice stay.

We loved our stay at the strand. The room was lovely and spacious with fantastic views of the ocean. The beds were really comfortable but the couch was not comfortable at all. The room could use a bit of updating but worked well nice and clean. The free breakfast was delicious. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and lounging by the ocean. Convenient free parking was included
