Best views of Airle beach!!!

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 4 nights earlier this month. The room was so big we hardly knew what to do with ourselves! I've never stayed somewhere with a walk-in closet!! The massive windows with sliding doors make it easy to enjoy the fresh air at any time of day!! (The air conditioners are quick to cool off the room as well!) I loved the jetted bathtub too!! We made use of the pools/ hot tub and gym - everything was well maintained and clean.

Nice but not what we expected

Firstly, not a hotel but an apartment complex that they rent out which means there's not always a staff. In fact, w got dropped off at 13:00 but only saw afterwards that there was only staff after 14:00. Immensely frustrating because we did not have a car and the "hotel" is far and very up hill so we didn't want to walk all the way down just to have to come back before 17:00 when it closed (with all our bags). So we missed a great afternoon waiting in the lobby when we heard the staff talking in a room right behind the office. No one offered us help, even just to take our bags for the afternoon. Not impressed. The room was nice, a nice view and comfortable enough bed. No amenities so make sure to bring your own. Lots of bugs on the deck and a huge cockroach in the living room which gave us quite the fright (although afterwards funny).

Great view

Our stay at Azure was enjoyable; apartment was clean and spacious with a great view. Only one room had a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The swimming pools were the highlight of our stay and we spent many hours there despite the rain.

We enjoyed our stay - views are beautiful and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly. We did have an ongoing issue with a lack of hot water, but this was addressed as best as it could be.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Beschreibung entspricht überhaupt nicht der Realität. Ungepflegte Badezimmer und Schmutz überall in der Wohnung. Rezeption nur selten besetzt. Das war ein echter Reinfall für den Preis! Die schönen Bilder täuschen!

Great pool

The swimming pool is the highlight of this property, its beautiful and fun. The rooms are relatively clean but can definitely be better. The area under the beds are disgusting. The hallways have a musty smell which is not very inviting. It would be nice to have some body wash and body lotion as its hard to travel with those due to weight. Some towels for the pool area in the room will also be nice so that bath towels don't have to be used. Overall a nice place to stay.

The apartment was beautiful, Communication was terrible was never sent instructions on where to get the keys and the office closes at 12 during the weekend, had to ring multiple times to get the keys to check in.

Great family friendly location to base yourself for Airlie Beach. An easy walk down to town but be prepared for the hill on the way back up. Room was clean and well supplied (though a few dishes were dirty). Staff were friendly and helpful if you need help with your bookings.

My stay at the Azure Sea Whitsunday Resort was somewhat disappointing. Rather than listing a series of basic issues that could have made my stay a far more pleasant, I would simply say the standard of basic facilities was completely missing (unloved). The management are aware of the issues I raised. On the positive side the location and view from the apartment was outstanding. The swimming pool and outdoor setting (including BBQ area) takes full advantage of the view.

The property overlooks the ocean- the views are gorgeous-but is only a 10 minute walk into town and to the beach. The town is wonderful! So many cute shops and restaurants, and the Whitsundays are unbelievable! We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit- it was huge, with an enormous balcony-and it was beautiful. The pools were terrific, too!
