Excellent location to explore Mexico City. Javier was a wonderful and helpful host for our first time visit. Definitely would recommend MX Grand Suites as the best place to stay !

We had a wonderful stay at MX Grand - they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable all the time. Javier greeted us with a friendly smile everyday and was always ensuring our stay was great! He offered recommendations and information for our visit to Mexico City. Our room was incredibly comfortable. I would stay here again. Thank you so much!

The hotel was clean, well located, safe and quiet, near the angel and Diana's tower. You'll find on The Street , restaurants, canteena's and pizzerias. Also you can cook in the room.

Convenient and comfortable

Great location and very helpful friendly staff. Spacious room with comfy bed. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped (some basics: oil, salt, pepper, tea towel, lids for pots).

I really loved having the balcony and large patio doors. It was handy to have a kitchen. I appreciated the quiet very much, and slept like a baby. Thank you to the lovely staff who were kind and friendly.

Very comfortable, high quality furnishings, finishes, bed and linens. And this is among the cleanest places I have stayed. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We had a unit facing the back courtyard and it was quiet and peaceful. Great place to sit on the balcony and relax. Book this place with confidence. 10/10 for sure.

This is a nice change from a hotel. I really wanted a balcony which I used every morning drinking my Starbucks coffee. The room is really spacious. There is a fair bit of road noise during the day so keep that in mind if you're going to be spending time in the room during the day. The walls are a bit thin and could hear talking in the next room.

Another great stay. Wifi now quick!

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was great again. Last year my only complaint was the internet speed. Fear not, this issue has been fully resolved by management. Although not the quickest internet it’s more than acceptable for free hotel wifi. Thanks again.

I liked the location, the serious attempt of the manager to fix problems, the efficient elevator, and the immaculate cleanliness. I disliked the self-catering facilities: only 2 bar stools and no table at which to eat; only two, at most, of cutlery and plates. Also, our beds were very high and difficult to climb into. The heating was initially dysfunctional for our first 3-day stay, but functioned well on our 3-day return. On the other hand, the shower was almost impossible to regulate during both stays.

The hotel is beautiful and it is in a very good location, but the staff really needs A LOT of coaching. On arrival they put a hold on my credit card for 2000 MXN, I get it, it is a common practice, when I checked out at 8 am the one person there (his name is Fernando) didn't know how to undo the hold, and expected me to stand there and wait for an hour until Javier (the clerk) arrived at 9 am, poor Fernando apologized as much as he could, but HOW ON EARTH would you not have staff that knows how to work all the machines at all times, finally he called Javier and he told him how to undo the hold, I am going to keep an eye on that (because it wasn't a hold, they actually charged my card, they need to learn the difference). The other thing, is that on Wednesday I spent the afternoon working in my room, and they went in to change the TV Cable modem, then on thurdsay they went in again, and I only found out when I caught them coming out of the room, five strangers hanging out in my room, I did not like that, if that was going to happen I should have been told.

Great stay in a great location!

My experience at MX Grand Suites was great. The rooms are very spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only drawback of this location is the WiFi speed (which really didn't bother me because I had a good data plan). I noticed that other people have also complained about this - I'm sure they will update as soon as possible.

All things being equal ...

There wasn't one specific detail that stands out. The front desk staff was outstanding in service, including their English and trying to teach us some Spanish. The room was perfect, from the lighting to the clean, crisp sheets. The bathroom amenities were made special by handmade soap, the balcony was it's own beautiful space. The kitchen has new, well working appliances with attention to the little things, like sharp knives and a lime squeeze. The property is well cared for and guests feel welcomed. I think we just found our short stay home away from home.

A great property, good location and room charge. Staff were very good to me. Suite was very comfortable and as described. I would surely stay again and would recommend this hotel to other travellers to Mexico City. Lots of small restaurants in the area. Good foo. Only drawback for me was no little stores for shopping in close proximity to the hotel. Hotel car service-driver David, showed me the city in a professional manner. Kudos to all involved in my stay.
