The hotel is beautiful and it is in a very good location, but the staff really needs A LOT of coaching. On arrival they put a hold on my credit card for 2000 MXN, I get it, it is a common practice, when I checked out at 8 am the one person there (his name is Fernando) didn't know how to undo the hold, and expected me to stand there and wait for an hour until Javier (the clerk) arrived at 9 am, poor Fernando apologized as much as he could, but HOW ON EARTH would you not have staff that knows how to work all the machines at all times, finally he called Javier and he told him how to undo the hold, I am going to keep an eye on that (because it wasn't a hold, they actually charged my card, they need to learn the difference). The other thing, is that on Wednesday I spent the afternoon working in my room, and they went in to change the TV Cable modem, then on thurdsay they went in again, and I only found out when I caught them coming out of the room, five strangers hanging out in my room, I did not like that, if that was going to happen I should have been told.
