Clean and spacious room except for the toilet, which had a severe sewage smell that lingered. Well-furnished and equipped with dishware, tea and coffee, a TV, linens, and a fridge. Conveniently located and the employees were nice.

A bit of a walk but it is quiet and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested an extra pillow and it was delivered very fast to our room.. There is a kitchenette with microwave and cooking utensils and stuff but we only used the fridge and kettle and the mugs and spoons. Overall a pleasant stay, merci?

The check-in and the staff was excellent, l also had a question a few days before my arrival and they answered fairly quickly. The rooms are exactly as the pictures and rather spacious, l will definitely stay again in this hotel. :-)

Staff is very friendly, we even could check in 2 hours earlier, as our room was already ready. You have some kitchen appliances, so it’s great for those who take things from home. The hotel is near the bus and tram station which take you to the city/central station. You can even walk to the Notre Dame which is great! The beds aren’t comfy, so my friend and I couldn’t sleep properly during our 2 nights stay. Also, the water kept leaking from the AC which woke us during the night..in the morning the same thing. P.s. bare in mind that the room gets cleaned once every 7 days!! So if you need that, you have to request it. For a short stay, it was doable.

Hotel was average, room was basic but very clean. Had problem charging our phones because there was no socket! We had to use the kettle power socket. Just stayed for one night. Train station is 10 mins walk and most of the attractions are walkable. It was lovely to be welcomed with Mulled wine at the Reception which felt very festive as we were there for Christmas market!

The only thing I would mention it needs to improve is the cleaning of the shower, there is a need to use a brush and bleach to remove all the mould and dirt build ups. It is not very nice to have a shower when it is not super clean.

There was en early May heat wave during my three day stay in Strasburg, with temps topping 30C. Good thing i booked a hotel with air conditioning, right? Nope. The guy at reception said rhe hotel AC was switched to heating, and because the heat wave was forecast to be over on three days, they werent going to swith it to cool - I should just open the window. Well, it's 30C out, so I don't see how that would help. Now I don't know what switching the whole AC system to 'cool' entails, but unless they'd have to send someone with an ice ax to the frozen tundra to retrieve ice for the AC, i dont get how they can justify making their guests so uncomfortable for the entirety of their stay.
