Maui Kai offers 50 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features iPod docking stations and DVD players. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas and includes kitchen islands. 32-inch flat-screen televisions come with cable channels. Accommodation at this 3-star condo has kitchens with fridges, stovetops, microwaves and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include a shower, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

Paradise in Maui

Great location and stay. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Lanai was the best. We enjoyed watching whales from afar and turtles by the shore. So many restaurants within walking distance.

Overall, it is a great option. Great location - in almost the same area as Westin / Hilton with access to the same beach without the resort fee. Beautiful ocean view and great trek for running. The room is slightly dated but in clean condition. The balcony & the view more than makes up for the room condition. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

Great location in North Kaanapali. You can't be closer to the water! Easy to watch life unfold on the ocean everyday with incredible views from Lanai to Molokai and more. Walk or run on the beach or beach boardwalk for what seems like forever and stop to snorkel, snack, dine, relax!

Love love love this property. They have thought of everything. Why did I even need to pack anything?Room was excellent. Right on the beach. Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again

Awesome ocean property

We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed having the pool right there and the ocean view. Sometimes the waves were very loud just turned up the music and put on my headphones. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The front desk was helpful. The property was doing a little construction. But everything was working fine. Good laundry facility too and location so convenient to great cinnamon rolls and food trucks. (Papi OHANA) We enjoyed hearing the music from the resort next-door

We just got back from a 14 night stay at the Maui Kai and will absolutely go back! Each unit whether it is a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom are all ocean front and have a lanai. We watched the whales jump and play as it is currently whale season from November to March. Turtles also are right in front of the property and are visible every day. There is a great little beach to the side of the property that sunset can be watched at, is swim-able and lots of people snorkeled from. The front office people were very responsive and helpful. Thank you to all! The pool and hot tub are in great condition and we used them every day. Especially if the wind is whipping up and sand is flying! Thank you Maui Kai for the perfect location and amenities for our trip and we look forward to seeing you next year!

I probably expected too much by good review. Right above sea and found many turtles swimming across the beautiful sea. The wave sounds very strong and very windy specially in the night. Because it’s apartment felt a little unsecured in evening without anybody in reception.

Our unit wasn’t close to the one in the picture. Our unit was a little dated and could use a face lift. However, the unit was equipped beyond my expectations. So why did I rate it excellent, location, location. I could have fished from out porch it was so close to the water. The experience was incredible.

We were on the 8th floor with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean and the two neighboring islands. Saw lots of whales and sea turtles right from the balcony and spent most of our time in the condo out on the balcony. We loved it!

Amazing location, on the ocean

We absolutely loved our stay at Maui Kai. The location, water front to the ocean, and the beach were awesome. The unit we were in could use some attention in the bathroom with repairs to the light and fan for the shower and the toliet making weird noises. But nothing was terrible or ruined our experience.

Expansive Views - Wonderful Personnel

You could not get any closer to the water if you tried. This property is literally right on the ocean. The office personnel are friendly, professional and very helpful. W/D conveniently located. Great BBQ area, under cover. Our unit had an extended outdoor deck (appx 15 x20) with lounge chairs, large oval table and 6 chairs. Would be a great unit for entertaining.
