We had a wonderful 5 days at Ultra. Our apartment had amazing views and was beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was there and a lovely welcome basket was waiting for us. We will hopefully have an opportunity to return to this lovely property.

Great location with a sunrise view of the ocean. Unit was fairly well equipped. Very spacious apartment. Tried to extend our stay, but it was unfortunately unavailable.

Nice hotel close to beach and Pacific Fair shoppin

The view to the beach is a Woow, the hotel ground is nice and clean. Nice and quiet place on the Gold Coast. The complex is starting to look it's age. The furniture ,bed and appliances.I still recommend the place for the view.

Fantastic location but construction in front.

Reception hours close at 3pm, so we had After Hours Checkin. Worked well. Bedroom carpet dirty. Sliding door on master wardrobe was stuck on 2 screws so wasnt able to slide over. Needs a few tweeks. Bedside table fell apart due to salt erosion which happens in an oceanfront apt. Ocean and city views amazing. Apartments 1 & 2 will have construction crane in front over the next few months. Undercover parking under building so convenient. Welcome Package was such a nice touch. Building is very modern. Pool and gym facilities are great. Easy walking distance to beach, Pacific Fair, tram station, broadbeach itself with unlimited dining options, Oasis Shopping Centre. I would definitely be back. Just ask for apartment on right side of building. Reception staff friendly and professional. Very safe to walk back from dinner in Broadbeach at night. Expect wear & tear, but overall fabulous size. Beds very comfortable too.

A great location and the amenities were awesome. Loved the pool and spa. Easily walkable to Oasis and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Only downside would be it’s really noisy at the moment with construction of a new apartment building next door. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ultra Broadbeach.

A great size apt, in a very convenient location

A spacious apartment right in Broadbeach. Fantastic amenities. A fabulous stay for my husband and I, as we love to walk everywhere. Building is looked after and the secure onsite parking is so convenient. Apartment itself has everything you need for a vacation. Lots of storage, fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, dinnerware, cookware, microwave, etc. The Welcome Basket was a lovely touch. Washing Machine, Dryer, very comfortable king bed and lounges too made it a very lovely stay. Thankyou.

とても綺麗で清潔、バスタブも広く、部屋数も多くて家族5人で快適に過ごさせていただきました。部屋からのビーチの景色もとても素敵です。歩いてモールにも公園やビーチにもいけるので、立地もとても良かったです。近くに美味しいレストランが少ないのが残念でしたが、キッチンが使いやすく自炊するのにもとても助かりました。また泊まりたいです。

The only problem we had was the queen size bed should be replaced and not have single beds joined together. The complementary goods was great and I would prefer a small fresh milk put in room the day of arrival.

Excellent location. Bathroom a touch dated. Reported leak in balcony ceiling the day after arriving but was not addressed during our stay. Appears the leak has been ongoing. In general condition of apartment good. Great clean pool and well maintained garden areas.

Whale watching views from apartment!

Wonderful apartment that was spacious and clean. Had everything you need and they even left a little welcome box of snacks which was awesome. We were on the 23rd floor and the view is stunning. We watched a pod of whales from bed or on the balcony everyday. It is very close to the train and tram and two mins to the beach. Pool is heated and the spa pool is hot. Sound proof apartment so building noise was minimal. We loved the stay and would recommend.
