This is a nice clean place to stay. A bit out of town if you're looking to do things in the city so keep that in mind. The area of hotel still has everything you could need - restaurants, groceries, transit. You can walk to Gamla Stan in 20-30 mins.

Exceeded expectations

This property deserves its top tier reviews. I found the staff professional, friendly and helpful and the rooms very well equipped. I also stayed in another well known hotel near the Old Town during my trip, which was much more expensive ; the Biz was better - bigger, cleaner (newer), relaxed. It's not designed to be a grand hotel, just a perfect place to stay for a trip to Stockholm. Public transportation to the city centre is a breeze, and there is a great grocery store nearby, easily accessible by foot.

Good location

The location was really good and easy to get around. Close to transit,grocery store and nice restaurants. The breakfast that was included was excellent. Nice to have that available.

This is a great place to stay. They don't have too many amenities beside the rooms (no pool, no gym etc). But the rooms are big and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Good overall stay

Enjoyed our stay. Room has a little kitchen, mini fridge and dishwasher which is nice if you're staying for several days and want to have the comfort of cooking. Two supermarkets close by which is convenient. Good transport to downtown vis bus and then subway. Close to one of the ports with direct ferries to the main island in Stockholm. Only disadvantage of the room was that the climate control is centralized for the building, and it was a bit chilly for us at night.
