Rose Garden Hotel

This was first time staying here and the staff were always helpful and the portion food sizes were large and made well. Even delivered to room if you wanted. The cleaners were lovely too. Would stay here again.

The hotel was old and in desperate need of repairs and updated in the rooms. I guess for the price you can’t expect a lot but it does need updating for sure!

Hiç gitmeyininiz paranıza yaZık.

Otel çok kötüydü temİzlik sıfırdı. Ayrıca duşa girdiğinizde üsten devamlı bir su damlıyor bu suda üs taraftaki duştan geliyor. İki defa söyledim ama tamire gelen olmadı. Reception işlerini zorla yapıyor du ben 4 günlük rezervasyonumda sadece iki gün kaldım. Klima sitemi çok kötü yataklar berbat ötesi çarşaflar. Gördüğüm en kötü otellerden.

Das war die reinste Katastrophe. Ich werde mir eine Anwaltliche Beratung holen und das Hotel verklagen. Ich bin schon am 13.08.19 vereist und musste mir einen neuen Hotel buchen.Es war nicht möglich in diesem Hotel zu bleiben,weil es erstens dreckig und zweitens gefährlich für meine Kinder. The property is in the middle of the busy street, no aircon in the living room where there's 3 beds and supposed to be a kitchen as well. U have to stay with the windows open all the time to get the air in. In return it becomes noisy and dusty. The bed is right next to the window where the kids could easily climb up and fall over. Not safe at all.

Bad with cleaning. The same towel does not get a lot of trouble if the nights do not get to sleep. Akesklie is not open all the time 3 times daily for max 10min poor service

İlgi alaka sifir

Resepsiyonist ve garsonlar sanki islerini zoraki yapıyorlar. Misafirperverlik hiç yok. Klima için ayrı ücret almaları tamamen sacmalik. Kaldık klimalar son derece eski ve deforme olmuş. Kumanda 17 derecede iken bile odayı sogutmuyor. Bununla ilgili 3 veya 4 defa şikayette bulunup teknik servis istememe rağmen ciddiye alınmadım. Aynı apartta kaldığım bir İngiliz bir İsveç ve bir Türk arkadaşımda hiç ama hiç memnun olmadiklarini söylediler.

Greit hotell ca 15 min gange til stranden

Veldig hyggelige folk som jobber der. Hotellet i seg selv har veldig enkel standard, men utrolig bra. Maten er fantastisk god. Renhold på rommet blir gjort daglig og er bra utført.

Odalar geniş ve ferah olmasına karşın odada sampuan ve peçete bile yok kahvaltı dahil konaklamada 3 gün boyunca aynı vasat kahvaltı servisi vardı. Kaydırak sadece 15 dakika falan çalısıyor sanırım. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi oldukça nazik ve kibar olmasına karşın diğer çalısanların bakışları rahatsız edici olabiliyor yine de herşey için teşekkürler

notre sejour a été decevante dans l'ensemble la receptioniste pas souriante on nous as remis la clef de notre chambre et après demeden vous y a une clim pour les 2 pieces la piscine avec taubaugan pour les enfants qui est ouvert 15 mn par jour , Cote coin cuisine Juste une gamelle pour cuisiner 4 assietes 5 verres pas ideal pour cuisiner pour 5 le menage est faite tous les 2 jours par une femme toujours souriante et frere de son metier merci elle l' hotel est das un quartier proche de tous commerce a 10 mn de la mer

Ücretinin karşılığını vermeyen, pis, eski bir otel

Otelin almış olduğu puan bizi yanılttı, nasıl bu puanı almıştır bilmiyorum ama hak etmediği çok net. Otel genel olarak pis, her türlü eşya fazlası ile yıpranmış, havlular o kadar incelmiş ki arka tarafını gösteriyor. Nevresim, havlular, yastık kılıfları vs hem eski hem de kolonya gibi bir kokuya sahip. Odamızda tuvalet kağıdı, sabun, şampuan vs yok idi. Sabun, şampuan istediğimde konseptimizde yok denilerek vermediler. Klima kumandası dahi bozuktu. Lavabo anında tıkandığı için, kullanamadık. Banyo spirali bozuk olduğu için spirali söküp hortum şeklinde kullanmak mümkün oldu. Resepsiyonda ki muhatap olduğumuz çalışan bayanın davranışları garip idi. Hotels 'den rezervasyonla geldiğimi kaç kere söylememe rağmen, nasıl olur, nasıl bu saatte geldiniz, bizim haberimiz yok gibi gayet memnuniyetsiz ve bizi göndermek ister şekilde karşıladı. Eğer ödeme yapmadan önce otele gelmiş olup, oteli, odaları ve bu bayanı görmüş olsa idim kesinlikle burada kalmazdım. 4 ve 3 kişilik 2 ayrı oda tuttum. 4 kişilik odamızda 2 tek kişilik yatak ve ancak küçük çocukların yatabileceği kadar 2 tane sözde yatak olabilecek koltuk vardı. 3 kişilik diğer odamızda farklı değildi. İçim almayarak toplam 7 kişilik büyük ailem ile her şeyi ile olumsuz bu otelde kalmış bulunduk.
