It a good stay. Not properly cleaned and torn bedding sheets. TV selection poor. Check in staff good. Won’t be back.

Not a good stay. Although check in staff and parking good, the room was not cleaned properly and torn sheets on the bed. TV selection poor. Won’t be back.

I want to thank Nidhi for helping us get our money refunded from Alice Springs Walking Tours. This company asked for full payment in advance and would not respond to our emails. Also Joshi was very kind and carried my very grave suitcase up the stairs to the second floor for me.

Good value

Over-all a good value accommodation. Located at the edge of Alice Springs (Five min drive to CBD) Checkin was smooth and quick. Room is clean and comfortable Air Conditioning points at the bed so it's hard to sleep with it on, and gets warm during the night because of the hot temperatures in Alice Springs. Very cheap and worn towels, which really detract from this place. On a couple of occasions the hallway had very strong food odour from someone on the same floor cooking something. Wifi is reliable and works well. Over-all great value and location.

The hotel receptionist was wonderful and helped me with several things I needed. The room was very clean and quiet. Across the street is a nice walking trail and it's close to a couple of restaurants, within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

It was fine. Modern, clean room. Free shared laundry room. The "studio apartment" was a small room with minimal kitchenette. We were without a car, so the walk back and forth to the town centre in the heat seemed far.

Very comfortable room in quiet location. Safe & secure (with security fence). Good to have free laundry, helpful front desk. Shame there's no lift. Car parking was tight! Probably want to drive if going out in the evenings.

We had a lovely quiet room. The girl on the front desk was very helpful. However the room was very average. Awful old bed. Shower was filthy. Bathroom door very squeaky.
