Spend the day playing on the beach then return to dine at one of Lyfe Beach Resort's 2 restaurants. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. Comforts include a pillowtop bed and premium bedding, and guests will also find conveniences, such as a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Housekeeping is available on request.

I’m being nice here and trying to help this hotel. Had to buy own toilet paper and wash towels all week. No maid service. Had to fix tv. No service. Security interrogating people at beach and pool lots of arguing. No main bar in lobby to congregate. You’ll need to Uber or drive everywhere. As one guest put it “you’ll spend half your trip in the elevator” unfortunate he was right as only one elevator for 40 floors and 400 rooms! Service non existent, asked for bikes and clerk said look outside somewhere. If I owned this business I’d be strongly watching the manager of the hotel as something is wrong here. I thought Hyde was a good brand?

Front desk quite unwelcoming and rude. As soon as we arrived, you are faced with a stressful vibe, there was confusion as we were renting in the residence but the black lady on the hotel frontdesk side(sorry can’t remember her name) was quite unpleasant and was irritated that we didn’t know where to stand, which is a desk next to it that says Owners 🙃 We were then given access to the condo for 4pm checkin, but to our surprise the cleaning lady was still there and asked us for an extra 30min, claiming they only notified her to clean the unit around 3pm. I noticed people working there quite unhappy and miserable, which unfortunately affects your mood and experience. In the other hand, location, pool, everything else was great. They need to invest in hiring better.

The condo was in a terrible condition. The walls are dirty with some hole, Toilet doesn't flush unless you wait 15 minutes, carpet is torn and filthy, chairs and soft were dirty. The owners were advised, said that they would send housekeeping, then when they wanted to send them, we were out. I had property manager come and take pictures; his comment was ''we will have to shut unit down and force owners to change carpet, furniture and repaint''. On another note, you sometimes have to wait 15 minutes for an elevator, and chairs are not available at pool unless you go at 8:30 am. The cherry on the cake is that Hyde resort takes a $250 deposit to make sure we don't damage the property, and it gets reimbursed 7 to 10 working days after you check out. What a scam!

Very very dirty room! Most of the things in the room were broken, such as the shower head, door handles, dressers. Dirty walls, floors, carpets… The cleaning lady even tried to charge us afterwards for the broken things! Beware of the scam! Make sure to let them know what’s broken right after check in. Will not stay at property again!

the only good part is the Oceanfront Balcony. The unit was not well maintained: a deep crack in the ceiling, the door of the only closet missing, most of electrical plugs has no power, main TV not functioning, light fixtures with burned bulbs, carpet need deep cleaning, The shampoo, soap provided are hardly for more than 1 day The resort has no service, one elevator for over 40 floors and you need to wait. The front desk are nice but not helpful :you are on your own for any task needed as calling for transportation etc.. The provided beach umbrella and chairs are almost 1/2 Km walking to reach It does not worse what we paid for and not suitable for seniors or restricted mobility

The elevator was atrocious. Get ready for long lines and then stopping on every floor when you do get to cram in to the slowest elevator in existence. Staff was not helpful and rude, for the money 💰 this was beyond mediocre. Suite was clean, modern and great balcony and views but overall i give it 0/5 for super stressful check out etc.... hyde is a great name, hyde away and seek another hotel/rental.

Fabulous resort, but pricey and inefficient valet

This is a great place to stay, but be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes before you get your car. The valet parking is chaotic and even if no one else is waiting, the staff just can't seem to get it together. The pool area is great, but drinks and food are pricey- which is expected at a resort of this caliber. Not for the budget minded!

Great property right on the beach

Enjoyed my 2 night stay for both the hotel property and the location on the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in the owners section of the hotel which had a different name when booking than Hyde hotel which is confusing on arrival but front desk assured me I was at the right place. Fast room service and good menu. Pool area also very nice.

We had an excellent time at this hotel residence. Diego, the property manager, is extremely accommodating and helped iron out any hiccups as soon as they came up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Miami.

Good Luck if you run into any issues...

This building is a hotel-condo. Upon check-in, we were told by the front-desk the unit we booked through Expedia is a private listing by unit owner, and therefore hotel only provides LIMITED SERVICES and no in-house housekeeping service for our stay unless we pay extra. Unit owner may have arranged their private housekeeping services for us and I'll have to find out from the owner - BUT HOW? There is no unit owner name/contact information listed on Expedia. Then came the issues. The washer/dryer machine in our unit wasn't working, and we packed based on the assumption we can do laundry. Called hotel front desk - answer was you need to talk to the unit owner. I told them I do not know who the owner is, they then gave me the number for the condo management company which the line REMAINED BUSY for the 6 days I tried calling. Called Expedia to request for help, supposedly should get a response within 48 hours - I'm done with my trip now I still haven't heard back from Expedia after 3 days. Private housekeeping showed up at random time, no way to reach them if you need them. Our toilet was plugged 4 times - hotel said "SUPPOSEDLY not their business" and I need to contact owner, but they DID ME the favour to send someone in with the plunger and snake. Dryer issue was never resolved during my stay, condo management company never returned my email about the issue. We paid premium for the room and was told to use the laundromat across the street - not cool.

Plenty of room

Nice hotel amenities, and the apartment was very spacious.We really enjoyed the pool area -- Sunday had a lovely brunch and a poolside DJ, so there was a lot going on.

Our reservation was booked thru expedia. Property only offered Valet Parking and was a fee. Common areas of the property were well kept and clean but our unit was disgusting. I’m not sure the floors have ever been washed. There were substances splattered on walls, closet doors and lamp shades. The sheets were thin and tattered as were the mis matched thin bath towels (only one per guest). Bed blanket was stained. What is in the unit is all you get. So you get one roll of toilet tissue and one bag for each trash can. If you need anything else you have to go buy it. My husband got sick with the chills and they couldn’t give me a blanket, was told I would have to call Expedia for that! Front staff was ignorant and very unwelcoming. Valet guys were the only friendly staff! We won’t be back…

Bad: very slow elevators that stops often, rooms are dirty, bathrooms are gross, kitchen is not equipped well, slow internet, resort fees are high, drinks at the pool's bar are very expensive... Be aware, tip is always included and you cannot bring your own drinks from outside.

The 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo we rented wasn't prepared for new guests. Hair all over the floor, unwashed dishes, molded showers, dirty floors, toilets and windows. Worst experince ever. When addressed the issue to the building they simply offered house keeping next day. Family and I didn’t feel comfortable to have anyone over after accommodation. The elevators were total nightmare. Waiting everytime 10-15 minutes (longest wait time reached 22 minutes) to get from 27th floor to the Lobby was unacceptable! DISASTER The pool hours are different from the ones published on the web site. Definitely won't be back again!

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay! The lobby was beautiful. The room was great, a little unclean, but great. The beach was easy to access. The pool was nice, a little not kid friendly, but nice. Yes the elevator took forever and the valet was slow but I understand that. It was no problem for us! Only thing that I would say we didn’t like was how expensive everything was.
