We had a ants nest in the lodge, no irons we had someone out didn’t do anything then we complained again to which they offered us another lodge as my son has autism and would not sleep in the lodge with ants everywhere

Accomodation high quality and immaculately clean and site well maintained. Lots to do on site from parks, paid activities (such as pony and boat rides ) and unlimited access to the aqua mundo which is fantastic. Location is also great just a short drive from the disney parks and shopping centre. We will be back!

Fantastic week away

Fantastic week stay at the Villages nature the accommodation was a 3 bed premium cottage. Slept 5 very comfortably plenty of space. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Great pool and plenty of other things on site to keep the kids entertained.

Really enjoyed our week at Center Parcs, place was very quiet and relaxing, had a couple of small issues with lodge but worked through issues quickly with team which was great. Also having Disney on the doorstep was great for kids. My parents are less mobile so got a golf buggy which also went down a treat with my kids

Excellent base for Disney!

We have just returned from a week at Villages Nature. This was the perfect base for our family whilst visiting Disneyland. Bus stop at entrance for 47 to and from Disney and Val d'Europe mall. Swimming pool was out of this world and whole site was so peaceful, clean and calming!

Lovely weekend break.

Lovely family holiday. Great accommodation, close to Disney, with good in site facilities. Kids loved the pool. The cabin was hot! We were worried we would be cold, but the opposite was true.

Great stay.

Amazing setting for a pre and post Disney excursion! The pool and facilities are fantastic. Short walks from all. The sofa in the accommodation could have been more comfortable and the proximity of the bedrooms are a fair distance from each other but both a personal preference. We had a wonderful stay and would return even without heading into Disney!

Wonderful stay in VIP cottage. We have previously stayed in Comfort Cottages but really enjoyed the extra space and views from VIP. Whirlpool bath also a big hit! Fabulous stay. Highlight was seeing a beaver from our patio. One star knocked off as UK visitors can no longer use the app making checking basic info like opening times and booking activities more difficult. Note that if booking via hotels.com you cannot check in online in advance, despite all the pre-travel information telling you to do so.

Shocking from start to finish

Not great to say the least. The communication is shocking and the app is very poor. There is limited translation into English and it’s very difficult and confusing to work out where to go and what to do. You cannot access the app without a booking number, if you book through hotels.com you don’t get a booking number. There are no interactive maps of the property and even the paper maps should you be lucky enough to find one are poorly designed. If you love aggravation then this is the place for you!!

Had the best time here. The accommodation and facilities were lovely. The only thing we would suggest needs sorting is the floor is VERY slippy around the swimming pool and changing room areas. Also in the wet room in our vip cottage. My dad is disabled and this was dangerous

Lovely resort, smelly bedroom and uncomfortable

The lodge itself was lovely and the placement. However there was an awful smell in the double bedroom throughout the entire stay. There was also a few cobwebs around and dead insects, the sofa wasn’t very comfortable at all for relaxing on. However checking in/out was very simple, and the resort itself was lovely

Great for spider lovers & dirty unhygienic people

No electricity, and emergency contact details and front desk don’t pick up or take accountability. Accommodation so dirty, they clean a whole two floor three bedroom cottage in less than an hour, and full of spiders everywhere! So if you don’t want to spend your holiday killing spiders or having a holiday with them then not the place for you

Great family trip

Had a great family stay here. Done 4 days in Disney first then came to Les Villages Nature for 5 days. Lots to do here so can always keep busy or chill. Overall the cottage was in good condition, but finer details like pulling out the couches and the beds to clean properly underneath would make it better. There was only one fan so it would be good to have two, one for each room when it is warm of an evening. Restaurants are quite expensive, but what you would expect. The supermarket Franprix on site is good value for a lot if stuff. We would recommend here and return.

Good : The accommodation was great - nice decor, clean, well equipped. The same high standards you would get from Center Parcs in the UK . It had 3 spacious bedrooms , 1 bathroom, a toilet room and 1 shower/wet-room with toilet. Livingroom /kitchen was open . The kitchen was well equipped, there was a large table and sitting area. Nice patio area. The swimming pool was amazing, loads of slides, a wave pool, jacuzzi, lazy river outside.There are plenty activities on-site. There's a farm, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bowling and escape room. All were reasonable price for being on a purpose built resort. You can hire bikes and electric buggies . We stayed here as going days to Paris and Disneyland Paris. Excellent location for this . Away from it all but close enough to visit. Not so good: location of cottage was furthest away from reception (about 30mins ) so with suitcases and no luggage transfers was difficult. You could hire the electric buggies but these were expensive as cottage only used as a base. Customers with cars were placed near to amenities while non drivers further away. Always pay more to choose your cottage ! Smoke alarm bleeping .This was notified on the number given but nobody came out to fix it ( we were told not to touch it). Ants in shower/wet room, could see this being a bigger problem high season . Towels- you need to hire them as not enough in cottage and they dont get changed . No change of bedsheets either which is rubbish for 1 week stays
