Comfortable apartment near the beach

The apartment was bettet than expected! Very clean and comfortable for our family. Close to the beach and great restaurants but on a quieter street so we didnt hear any noise. Reception staff were available 24/7 and very helpful

The reality is different than advertised. The room was tired. The shower mold disgusting. Ben Yehuda Street is under construction, and it will be under construction for a very long time as part of the TLV Light Rail development (based on current state, it might take two more years of construction). On the other hand the Front Desk personnel was excellent, it could not be better.

The staff are exceptional. Management at the hotel has a focus of looking after the guests that is beyond typical. So nice to have staff that will go out of their way to assist travellers that can be demanding! The entire complex is well organized and efficient!

The staff are incredibly helpful and resourceful! Thanks to TAL and others! The location is excellent - near parks, beaches and stores. Rooms are warm and welcoming. The only drawback is parking, which is difficult. However, if you do not have a car this is the place to stay in Tel Aviv ~ most excellent accomodation!

We waited for 30 minutes to check in at 1 am. Then they said because we booked through Expedia they were having trouble checking Ng us in and made me leave my passport at the front desk. It was quite frustrating.

very central - on a bus route, close to the beach

The description said there was a fridge....And it was a bar fridge. The descriptions said it was a room with a view. The view was the building next door! This wasn't the view we were expecting! All in all it was a great location! Many restaurants & coffee shops in the area!

Comfortable studio, as advertised

Our request for 2 single beds was honoured. A bit cramped for 2 people, but with great amenities i.e. kitchenette and wi-fi. The renovated building has a lot of character, located steps from Ben Gurion Boulevard leading to the beach about 7 minutes away. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for everything!

It is a very good location as it is in within walking distance to many attractions, a short distance to the beach and close to amenities (groceries, laundry mat, etc). We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and suitably sized for our needs. It is nice to know that the photos of the rooms presented on hotels.com and their website are in our opinion, are exactly as presented. There were no surprises with our room.

Close to the beach

Basic hotel with fridge and microwave; rooms small but comfortable. Front door open all hours of security concerns you. Staff were very helpful checking whether there was a bus to the train station early in the morning and calling me a cab when there wasn't. Floors are tile in the halls so a bit noisy when people going by but not noisy at night. Gay friendly. Musician friendly.

great value for money in Tel Aviv

A reasonable priced accommodation in an expensive Tel Aviv. Nice service, always helpful at the reception desk. The room has everything that you need. It is big, clean, modernly furnished, in a good area. It has a kitchenette, if needed, a fresh supply of teas and coffee.

Disappointing

Stay started off poorly with problem with Hotels.com - the rate was provided in Canadian dollars and the charge was in US dollars. The staff at the hotel said this was a hotels.com problem and not their problem. We had a room on the ground floor - not at all like the pictures in the ads for this apartment. It was crowded. The shower and sink leaked and the bathroom was never dry. This was the most expensive and poorest quality place we stayed having travelled in Jerusalem, Rome, Florence and Paris. Would not stay here again and my issue is still unresponded to by hotels.com
