We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Palm Cove Tropic Apartments. The location was quiet and easy to find and close to dining options and the beach. The pool was a wonderful social and refreshing point at the end of each day. We loved our time there.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Wayne and Karen were very helpful. Perfect location. Pool was amazing. Plenty of privacy with all the plants and trees. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, that we extended.

I liked how the bedroom wall was not completely closed in with an aperture for the tv. We really liked the landscaping and privacy of the pool area as well.

Very central location, good value for money, apartment quite spacious, pool and BBQ area pleasant if a bit small. Units a bit dated, missing louvres between bedroom and living area, meaning noise and light intrusion between these areas.....not good enough!

Great to return after 7 years to palm cove tropical apartments and to find they still have the ambience I remembered. Room was comfortable. Loved the closeness the the beach and the restaurants with the pub being 100 m away. Bus stop nearby should a trip to the supermarket or çairns be needed. Management was ready to assist when the tv wouldn't operate and after attempt at remediation got a new tv provided. Pool was great. Yes it does have leaves but it's surrounded by magnificent melaleuca trees and they do drop leaves. The room.looked a bit tired but was still more than adequate. Good place to stay when in Palm Cove.

On our arrival the welcoming was non existent, very robotic. Our room was comfortable but only had one blanket between 2 beds. The pool area was lovely, but had a coconut drop down into the pool next to us while swimming, luckily it didnt hit one of us! Departure was just as rude as the arrival.I wouldnt stay here again based on the unwelcoming reception recieved.

Advertising on Wotif website is misleading. We turned up on the first day at 2:30pm, no one in reception. Wotif advertises 24 hours reception & the check-in time is 2pm. Reception only opens from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. It's definitely a 2 star hotel. But Wotif advertises it as a 4 star. All the appliances in the unit are antique, but operable. Overall, we are very disappointed.

Very disappointing . What is potentially a nice swimming pool spoilt by leaves everywhere in the water and all around it .TV didn’t work , shower head leaking , shower itself mouldy and slippery . Minimal reception hours, closed . from 3.30 Friday til 9.30 Monday . Would not reccommend or go there again .
