Nice place, very convenient to all the activities in Provenza. Comfortable but without any windows this is not a family venue. Good for couples or friends looking for and economical crash pad in Poblado

Poblado visit

First off, location was amazing. That being said you are in the heart of poblado which makes it almost impossible to get any sleep with all the noise and the party animals. Second issue was the rooms, booked 2 identical rooms and one of them was not available. Ended up setting for a much smaller room without a balcony and right next to the top terrace where you can hear plenty of people arguing and such. This place is better suited for those looking to enjoy the nightlife and have it just a few feet away.

Building structures is compromised and Not safe. Unprofessional front desk employees (most of the time watching cell phones). Room’s conditions poorly finished. When rained my room got flooded from ceiling ( a lot) in the kitchen, entrance and air conditioning wall. High risk of catastrophic situation. We had six rooms/eighteen people, and the property hasn’t sent any response to my complain. Don’t stay here! One room has no door for the shower, another room has a water pipe broken. Total disaster.

Look elsewhere.

This hotel requires serious work before it can start serving customers. The bedsheets are all gross. Mine had droplets of blood. Even when asking for new ones they are still gross. The blankets and matress feels cheap. There was a tiny TV in the room and they use whatsapp for room service questions. Breakfast has to be paid for. It is not free At bed time there was people having a full convo laughing right outside our door. I couldnt fall asleep until 2AM when all the music and partying stopped. For what I paid around 500K cop. It was not worth it. Ive stayed in 4.5 star hotels for this price.

Mi expereiencia en el hotel

Primeramente no recibi la habitacion con vista que se separo. Las personas que vayan en familia no lo recomiendo. La musica alta alrededor y al lado del hotel hasta altas horas de la noche no te dejan descansar. Obviamente uno quiere disfrutar pero tambien descansar para el otro dia seguir. En familia no lo recomiendo.
