Building structures is compromised and Not safe. Unprofessional front desk employees (most of the time watching cell phones). Room’s conditions poorly finished. When rained my room got flooded from ceiling ( a lot) in the kitchen, entrance and air conditioning wall. High risk of catastrophic situation. We had six rooms/eighteen people, and the property hasn’t sent any response to my complain. Don’t stay here! One room has no door for the shower, another room has a water pipe broken. Total disaster.

La propiedad esta en un lugar excelente al lado de la calle de Provenza. Todo el personal es muy amable. Cosas a mejorar: las camas son duras. Deben renovar las toallas y ropa de cama. Al estar en el centro de todo el ruido de las discotecas se escucha en la habitacion. No hay elevador.

En pocas palabras, perfecto para hospedarse. Justo a la vuelta de la esquina de “Provenza”, muchos lugares cerca, por la zona siempre se siente seguro, tod@s los recepcionistas muy amables en todo momento, lugar limpio y bonito. Si hay algo que se pudiera “mejorar”, es la velocidad del internet. El único “pero” que se le pondría es que se alcanza a filtrar un poco de música en la noche (al menos en los cuartos de último piso), pero, se entiende por la zona en la que se localiza, esto último es una situación ajena a Soy Local

Mi expereiencia en el hotel

Primeramente no recibi la habitacion con vista que se separo. Las personas que vayan en familia no lo recomiendo. La musica alta alrededor y al lado del hotel hasta altas horas de la noche no te dejan descansar. Obviamente uno quiere disfrutar pero tambien descansar para el otro dia seguir. En familia no lo recomiendo.
