Great little apartment complex tucked away but still close/walking distance to the centre/main attractions. Apartment came with a kitchenette (though this wasn't included in our booking) and second bed and lounge area on a mezzanine.

A quiet, clean and comfortable spot right in the heart of the historic center of Florence. It’s fantastic to have a kitchen and some space to spread out in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

No managers at night

Receptionist was kind at the check in. Location was great. Rooms were clean. But there were noisy students at night tried to get some sleep early because we had plans for early morning. There were no managers staying at the hotel after 7pm. I called the number that i received but only one that i heard from is This is emergency number. They will be sleeping at 10pm. Also they told me that i had to handle the issue with them directly. On my experience, no hotel does the way of communication. Hotel needs to solve the problem themselves. Who knows if theres any dangerous person in the noisy room? The manager on the phone said they are students and teachers but who on the earth wants to argue with another people during the wonderful trip? Everything was great but management at night needs to be *managed*

Location, location, location

Third time staying here. The location and the full kitchenette make this a find for the price. Close to the train station, central market, nice restaurants, the duomo and other popular sites. Apartment is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

Sobrevalorada en las paginas de reserva.extremadamente ruidosa.permiten ruidos durante toda la noche,aparte de estar mal aislada, turistas haciendo ruido hasta mas de la de 1 de la mañ y las 5.30 de la mañana otra vez.no hay recepcion entre las 19.00 pm y las 09.00 am,cuando avisas de los ruidos por la mañana solo te piden disculpas.sin poder dormir la mitad de nuestra estancia.averia en caldera y sin agua caliente durante un dia.mala experiencia

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura (famiglia di 4 persone), in camera con letto matrimoniale e 2 divani letto singoli. La posizione è perfetta per una visita alla città, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Duomo e da Santa Maria Novella. Altro aspetto super positivo la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sia via email prima del nostro arrivo che di persona, inviandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere la struttura senza problemi. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito del parcheggio interno a pagamento. Di negativo il cattivo odore in camera, probabilmente dal climatizzatore, abbiamo arieggiato più volte la stanza per qualche minuto, purtroppo l’odore che saliva dalla strada a causa dei locali sui quali la camera si affacciava non era comunque dei migliori, e l’odore cattivo continuava ad essere presente. Sempre per la posizione della camera lato strada, i rumori provenienti dalla strada sia di notte che di mattina presto erano un po’ fastidiosi. Nonostante questo la nostra opinione rimane assolutamente positiva e ci soggiorneremmo di nuovo volentieri se tornassimo a Firenze.

The property was very well located and walkable to all the major sites. Check in was seemless and front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little dated but as an apartment it had a full kitchen and a separate loft bedroom for my daughter. great choice of hotel for a very reasonable price. i would stay there again.

Good and comfortable stay with family. The location is amazing being very close to the main station. Also there are plenty of places to eat outside. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. The only discomfort felt was that the room was a bit warm. The refrigerator temperature was also a bit high and did not help much to store the food items kept in it.
