Property was walking distance to restaurants and Juso Train Station. We found it quite noisy with late night bars close by and disruptive people yelling on the street. Otherwise the stay was good. Be prepared to wait in the lobby if you arrive before the check in time.

Close to Juso station. room clean and come with a handy Phone. The hotel wifi is slow, we used the tethering off the Handy phone. Staff friendly and fluent In English.

Great location and friendly staff

Quick check in. Staff can speak fluent English which helped in asking questions. Front desk staff assisted us in booking a restaurant reservation. Highly recommend this value hotel.

Great and affordable

I was surprised how nice the Minn was. The room was bigger than expected and the service was great. The location is excellent and for the price it was a really good choice. I would definitely stay and recommend this hotel. If you want to feel like your living in Osaka this is the place to stay!

Minn Hotel- spacious and comfortable needs some im

Minn is one of the larger space hotel in Japan, spacious like an apartment. However, the hotel wifi is not stable. Luckily we can use the free phone provided as hot spot wifi. The handy phone is good as we carry everywhere. The bath towel is too small and is not bath size. Bed mattress is too soft.

Great place and near Juso terminal

We had a nice stay in Minn. the staffs were great especially the one guy who speaks English. Didn’t get his name, but I believe he’s the only one who speaks English well. The rest do too😊 Transportation wise - very accessible. Place very comfortable and also the area. Close to restaurants...lots of restaurants.

Great location, very close to the Juso subway station with lots of food around the neighbourhood. The room is very roomy and they did a great Jon with the use of space. Extremely comfortable for three people (one queen size and one twin bed). The only thing I'd have to complain about is the lack of hooks in the bathroom. It was a bit annoying without any hooks for clothes and rowels after showers. Hotel doesn't provide wifi but they accommodated with a wireless phone that acts as a cell phone. Overall this hotel is above my expectations!

三度目の滞在にして初の不満

一番の驚きは湯船からお湯が少し溢れた時、床に黒い物体が大量に浴槽側から出てきたこと。これは日常的に清掃するところではないと思いますが、相当汚れがたまってます。カビと湯垢とだと思いますが。 もう一つはたまたまですが、隣の部屋が夜中まで騒がしく、壁が薄いので声も丸聞こえでした。

This was the largest place that i have stayed in Japan. It even had its own kitchen which was a bonus. Check in was a little frustrating as there was no physical person and it is automated via a screen so have your check-in code handy. I ended up connecting with a staff member via the ipad on the counter to get my check-in sorted but had to find that check-in code. A little exhausting if you are arriving late and tired. It should be noted that there is no luggage storage. Apartment was very clean and it is keypad entry. Wifi worked well. Comfortable bed. Regarding location, there are convenience stores, restaurants and bars outside but you are not walking distance to the city centre so you will need to take a train into Osaka Umeda station (1 stop) and maybe also change to a subway. So whilst Juso has everything locally, you are not downtown.
