Property was walking distance to restaurants and Juso Train Station. We found it quite noisy with late night bars close by and disruptive people yelling on the street. Otherwise the stay was good. Be prepared to wait in the lobby if you arrive before the check in time.

We had a great day here! Although if you are booking on Expedia, there is not laundry in each room or available to all guest. Which was very frustrating for us because I booked this as our longest stay and there was low laundry facility. Although they did try to compensate by letting us have a later check out time. But we had an early bullet train ride so that did not apply to us.

初めての利用、しかもビジネスホテルではないので少し不安でしたが、部屋は清潔で設備も新しく快適でした。また駅からのアクセスも遠くはなく許容範囲でした。 できればベッドのそばに照明スイッチと読書灯があると助かります。 事前に歯ブラシがないのはわかりましたがシェーバーもない旨を伝えて欲しかったす。

最初、疑ってたのですが宿泊料がお部屋代だったので2人で泊まって割り勘したらコスパ最強でした（簡易ベッドが一台あったので3人ならさらにお得） お部屋は清潔で、ほぼ全てが揃っていて不自由はなかったです。 キッチンにIH、冷蔵庫もあったので、連泊の方には経済的だし、持ち込みして女子会するのにも便利です。 十三はあまりガラがよくないと言われてたので恐る恐る行きましたが、広い通りには飲食店がいっぱいあって明るくて賑やかでした。 何処に入ろうか迷いましたー。 チェックインはログインが上手くいかなくて到着してからフロントでやってもらいました（忙しそうで対応はちょっと雑でしたが） チェックアウトは部屋のドア内側のQRコードを読むだけだったので、慣れたらすごく簡単です。 帰る時入り口のフロントには誰も居なくて、勝手に帰っていいのかな？と思いましたが大丈夫でした。 余計な手間が掛からなくていいです。 梅田にも近いし次回もこちらを利用したいです。
