The apartment was extremely clean and serviced regularly. I really appreciated finding such a nice accommodation that allows dogs (including an extra cleaning fee). It would have been nice if parking spots had been included in the price; this was the only downside.

Great improvements done to the hotel: modern, high quality, very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No issues with car parking. Breakfast - convenience and great quality. Location - very close to the main street, 2 minutes walking.

Where are the employees? I feel like nobody‘s working there. During check out I couldn’t find anybody at the reception. Basically no one sitting at the reception at all times. We had to open the door to the hotel with our keys because the door was always locked and there was nobody working there. And good luck finding parking in the area, it’s always full

Put us in a room with absolutely nothing but retaining wall rocks outside. Lots of noise from hallways when cleaning staff was working the rooms. We needed to get in touch with front desk or ANYONE for the entire morning on our checkout date - no one could be found and our numerous calls to posted numbers went unanswered. Our reservation said our stay included breakfast each day but there was none available. The wellness center was a nice surprise. We paid for a two hour visit and it was very relaxing. Not a bad place, just nothing great/special except for the spa area which costs more to reserve.

U nabídky hotelu neuvedeny podstatné informace

Čistý hotel s prostornými pokoji. Bohužel ulice před hotelem se opravuje, takže se nedalo dojet až k hotelu - a u možnosti rezervace toto nebylo oznámeno. S nákupem pro malé dítě v kočárku lézt do strmého kopce je opravdu lahůdka. Veliká kaňka u pěkného hotelu, dost to ruinovalo pobyt.

Very nice stay in general. Information on how to get to downtown was unhelpful. Although hotel location is very good and one can just walk to the town , shops or just walk around the town.

卡羅維利的舒適住宿

很新的飯店，各項用品也很好，房間及整棟飯店有古典的設計，雖然只住了一晚，以後有機會再來卡羅維利可以再住，早餐服務人員很貼心，值得讚揚！可惜的是飯店內相關的溫泉設施需另外付費，不然應該是相當划算的。

Das Personal war sehr bemüht.Leider wurde kaum Deutsch gesprochen. Im Hotel war zweimal Stromausfall während des Essens und die Gäste haben bei Kerzenschein essen müssen. Im Wellness Bereich ist das Wasser in der Dusche nicht abgelaufen und man musste 23 Euro zahlen das man diesen Bereich nutzen konnte. Das fand ich persönlich etwas übertrieben. Im Preis waren keine Leistungen enthalten. Wie zum Beispiel ein kleine Getränk. Das in einem 4 Sterne Hotel extra Geld dafür genommen wird. Das Essen selbst war sehr gut und ausreichend.

Very nice property in a strategic location.

Newly renovated hotel, excellent freshly cooked to your liking breakfast, apartment style rooms with a fridge, stove and microwave - what can be more attractive for a longer stay in town. Just a few steps from mineral springs, in the heart of the resort and yet, very quiet. Very authentic hotel, true to the centuries old spirit of Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). Highly recommend.
