Bad odor within the building, elevator, unit floor. Rusty bidet, linens and towels too old, bed too firm (had to request foam topper for comfort). Inside room not well cleaned, you can spot dust and not well maintained.

The unit I was in, 2512 could use a bit of an update and thorough cleanliness. There was no outlet in the bathroom to plug-in the hairdryer and when I tried to use it outside in the main room, there is no mirror to look at. It was a bit inconvenient.

From the staff at door, customer service, maintenance, attendants and waiters, they’re all exemplary, polite, very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is so convenient to everywhere. ❤️🥰❤️🥰
