Staff was very helpful in answering questions , they all spoke English as I don’t speak any Polish. Place was very clean, and modern. It was also very good location, close to Old Krakow and was on the river, which is a nice walk. I would recommend this place.😊

Home away from home

After a few hours here, I felt as if I was at home. The apartments are spacious, very clean and include modern decor - I was very impressed. For me, all essential amenities were included (dish and laundry soap, kitchen utensils and basic cooking items, coffee, tea, etc). The bed was also very, very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this for those visiting Krakow.

Fantastic Apartments

Riverside Aparthotel was beyond our expectations. It has everything you need for a great stay, even had a washing machine and supplied the pods. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. In a nice quiet area but close to all the sights. All the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at Riverside Hotel. From the smooth early check-in to the flawless check-out, everything was impeccable. The staff’s dedication to excellent service made it feel like they treated the property as their own. Daria and others provided wonderful advice on local tourism, and pani Beata ensured everything was kept spotlessly clean. The hotel also boasts excellent internet, great shower pressure, and a convenient location near shops. A special highlight is the amazing pastry shop next door—a must-visit! Highly recommend.

There was a problem with the WiFi and because the hotel isn't smoke-free, cigarette smoke entered our room through the ventilation system, we had to open the windows so as not to be bothered by the smoke!
