Wonderful host- great communication

We were unable to stay at Willows due to a maintenance problem that they had to deal with. The host called us early in the day to advise and booked us into another local property via Hotels.com at the same price. She kept in contact to make sure that our stay went well. Wonderful service.

Beautiful cottages

A very attractive property which would not hesitate to book again. The town of Bluff is quite small but offers two good restaurants close to the cottages.

Perfection.

Absolutely perfect stay! This cabin exceeded all our expectations—it was even better than the photos. Cozy, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything we needed and more. The hosts truly thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help us, and their hospitality made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place.

Willow Street Cottages are perfectly located for many adventures in the area and Andi is the perfect host! Communication was excellent and the cottage was very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. I definitely recommend!

I loved how dog friendly they were. Also enjoyed the quality and function of the room. They also had great bath supplies. I forgot my shampoo and stuff but to my surprise they had high quality products. They also had a doggy blanket as well as various pet supplies. My dog Apache was in high spirits durning our stay.

This property exceeded my families expectations by leaps abd bounds. I cant believe we found this gem of a place in the middle of nowhere. The property was very well kept and by dog friendly, they are actually very dog friendly. The managers are very responsive and readily available. If you want to stsrt your monument valley trip, this is a very convenient location. Thank you guys for such a wonderful stay.

Wonderful and comfortable stay at willow street cottages(A). Felt like a home away from home with great amenities included. Was very clean, spacious, easy to locate and in a great location among the beautiful bluffs and close access to many parks/sites. Andi was a great host who was very attentive and easy to contact/communicate with at anytime. Highly recommend a stay here and look forward to another stay in the future.

Home away from home with views

We stay in Cottage C twice a year when we drive between western Colorado and Arizona, and we've never been disappointed. These cabins are the best kept secret in Utah. They are clean, quiet, well laid out, and well maintained. Cottage C is super comfortable for a couple and a dog. We appreciate having a kitchen plus all the thoughtful amenities--from the dog blanket for the couch, dog (and human) treats, fresh ground coffee at the touch of a button, and a super comfy bed. Andi is the most responsive host--easy to reach and quick to reply. Behind the cottages is a trail accessing Bear Ears National Monument. It's a short easy hike to some awesome desert views.

The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly providing great communications prior to and during our stay. We felt welcome along with our 2 dogs.

This is a charming, clean, quiet, comfortable property. Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer. The freshly ground coffee was excellent. Spacious beautifully designed & decorated cottage. Bed was super comfy. Tea selection was amazing. Body lotion & cookies nice extras. Set outside enjoying the stars. Consider this a special place & Andi’s communication & thoughtfulness outstanding.

We had the absolute best stay at Willow Street Cottages. Our host, Andi, texted us with directions, food recommendations, even asking if we needed housekeeping or anything. Really appreciated the communication. The place was so nice and cozy, and the AC worked quite well. Loved the bedroom because the bed was soft, and we were able to fall asleep quickly. The living room and kitchen had everything we needed to be comfortable. The best part was that I was able to make a nice hot cup of tea and watch the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again.

Looked this accommodation, we have been travelling around America for 6 weeks and this accommodation is up there with the best. Loved the little cottage, so much room and really clean and fresh, was happy with the washer/dryer. The owner kept in touch with us all the time and let us know when the cottage was ready. There was even some little packets of biscuits on the dining room table for us which was a lovely touch. I would recommend this accommodation to stay at.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Willow Street Cottages, cottage B (2 nuits). Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir réservé 1 à 2 nuits de plus. Le cottage est situé dans un environnement très calme. Il est très propre, équipé d'un broyeur à café avec café en grains sucre crème à disposition, d'une bouilloire thé varié, grille pain, une poêle électrique, micro onde. Des assiettes, verres , tasses, bols, couverts sont à disposition. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir nous servir de la machine à laver le linge et sèche linge dans la salle de bain, et aussi du grill électrique à l'extérieur. Merci au propriétaire du logement de sa petite attention lors de notre arrivée, des informations fournies avant notre arrivée pour l'accès au logement, et de sa préoccupation après la 1ere nuit passée de savoir si nous ne manquions de rien. Nous y reviendrons sans problème.
