Great option in CBD

I had a great stay at Evolution. It was well located to the convention centre (a 15-20 minute pleasant walk) where I was attending a conference. The pool facility was lovely! The apartment was basic but spacious.

It was very modern near the water and bridge to Southbank. 2 pools were great and hot tub. Used BBQ outside near pool. All very clean. Tennis courts nice.

The location was great. Wonderful to have a balcony. Enjoyed the amenities in the apartment. We had booked this apartment because it had a gym which my husband wanted as he was in training. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were under renovation. They did send us an e-mail a week before our booking but we didn’t receive it as we were on a cruise without access to e-mail.

Apartment style room close to downtown amenities

Stayed two nights, comfortable clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants close by and access to the train station was convenient. On the 4th floor we experienced some traffic noise but it was not too bad.

They were very accommodating after our early morning arrival for an early check in. We had to change rooms because the fridge stopped working and also in our new apartment the stove top stopped working . They also provided a daily newspaper.

Decent hotel

The staff were very nice if you were speaking to them in person. A couple times over the phone they were quite rude. Also you only get 1gb of data a day and they said when we checked in they can top that up no problem but when we called they were very stingy about adding more.

Great CBD location

Amy at the front desk was extremely helpful. She freely offered great advise on shopping (groceries), the free city hopper ferries, Brisbane Transit Center and more. This saved us a lot of time and money and made our trip a lot more enjoyment.
