Apartment needs some work, shower door broken, also bathroom door old & filthy. Electric plugs don't all work, 1 heater didn't work Only one bedside table, no draws or surfaces to place clothes. Has a lot of potential, a beautiful historic building with beautiful features but needs a face lift and maintenance.

Comfortable apartment with great amenities. We especially liked having a kitchen area and washing machine. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the washer and they came to fix it right away. Would stay here again. Travelled as a family, with 2 senior parents. Location was amazing and close to many top sights.

One of our favourite accommodations from our honeymoon! Staff were lovely and welcoming. Our spacious unit offered a kitchen, beautiful high ceilings and large windows which opened to a picturesque view. Room was clean and very comfortable. Great location in the city centre. An excellent place to stay in Porto!

Fantastic property, an old building with rooms with ultra high ceilings, wooden floors and mouldings on the ceiling. While these were charming in their own right, YOUROPO has combined it with excellent facilities in the room including a kitchen with utensils, tea / coffee (Nespresso), SMEG appliances and comfortable beds and bathrooms and washer dryer. There is a 24x7 reception who were helpful with directions and recommendations. All in all, we had an excellent stay in a charming city.

Great Place to Stay in Porto!

What a great place to stay in Porto! The welcome we received from Luz was amazing - probably the best we ever had. She took the time to go through a map of the area pointing out areas to visit. The apartment was great. Very spacious and grand. Having a grocery store next door and open market across the street really helped in grabbing water or a quick bite. The only thing people do need to be aware is that given the central location, it can be a bit noisy at night.

Reception and staff were all amazing and really appreciate Luz for being so helpful and checking us in early! Couldn't ask for a more central location, clean and wonderful space. We did hear our neighbours during one night and recommend bringing slippers if your feet are sensitive to cool floors (natural stone floors, which would be wonderful during hot months). Checkout was super easy. Would definitely stay at one of their Aparthotels again!

Wow. What a beautiful old building, renovated to a very high standard and located right across the street from the Mercado. The elevator had one glass wall where a fresco painting was revealed as you went up or down. Reception and daytime entry into the building is through a bright, neighbouring gift store, and after hours, through the front door, but I was informed that someone on staff is always available 24 hours. I loved my apartment. It had high ceilings with tall windows, like being in a European film. My windows did not open but there was very effective air-conditioning. The sheets and towels were lush. There was a Nespresso machine and Smeg appliances. There were many tv options in English (I know that you’re not there to watch tv) but nice, should you want some down time. The staff were all so lovely, friendly, professional and helpful. This establishment holds incredible value and I would be honoured to stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay here! Having a washer/ dryer was so helpful and even though it broke down briefly- Ana and Luis made sure it was up and running as soon as possible. Ana was remarkable- so personable,helpful and professional! We appreciated her support and recommendations! The character and design of the apartment was lovely and the space for the price was fabulous!! Having 2 local grocers nearby and the extensive Market was incredibly convenient! We loved walking to the port, to meet yours, to cafes and the famous bookstore Leveria Lello! The apartment location was excellent! Thank you so much for a wonderful visit!
