Convenient location but service to be improved

The staffs were not on duty most of the time during my stay. When I needed some more toilet paper, tissues or towels, no one could help me. Even I checked out at around 11:30 am, I just dropped my key to their mailbox as no one was on duty.

2回目の利用です。中心部で各地へのアクセスがとても便利。お土産屋さん巡りや、食事も歩いて行けます。その上、とても静かです。隣や上の階の音も全く聞こえませんでした。水回りもとても綺麗。洗濯機、洗剤、物干し（小物用）までついていてとてもありがたいです。Tシャツやワンピースなどを干すためのハンガーや、ハンガーを掛けて干す場所は無いので、ハンガーと、物干しロープは持参しました。料理はしていません。ベランダと玄関の両方に水栓があるのもとても便利です。施設とのやりとりは、ショートメールのみでしたが、特に不便はありませんでした。特に子連れのファミリーには、これ以上良い宿泊施設は無いのではと思う程、心地良く過ごさせてもらいました。ぜひまた利用したいです。

繁華街から近く何処へ行くのもとても便利です。駐車場もあるのでレンタカーも停められます。部屋は清潔でキッチンと洗濯機と洗剤、物干しまで用意されています。風呂は湯船もありゆっくり浸かることもできます。私にとっては最高なら宿でした。ありがとうございます。

せっかくキッチンもあるのにハサミとかラップなどグッズが少ない。掃除道具もあったら嬉しい。結局全部買い足すには勿体無いし、 これだったらキッチン無しのビジネスホテルとあんまり変わらなかったかなあ、と思う。

バスターミナルから徒歩7~8分。 近くにスーパーがあり 洗濯機やガスコンロもあるので家のようで安心しました。 普通のホテルに泊まるより良かったです。

子連れで利用しました。とても清潔で、掃除が行き届いているとおもいました。駐車場無料、洗濯機も室内にあり、洗剤も付いていて、ベランダも広く、とても快適に過ごせました。ベランダ、玄関に水道もついているので、海帰りにサンダルや道具が洗えてとても便利でした。歩いて食事や買い物に行けるくらい、街にアクセスが良いにも関わらず、夜も静かです。 洗濯物干しもあったのですが、頼りなく、今にも折れそうなくらいしなるので、、、それさえ解決されれば、完璧です！ ぜひまた利用したいです！^_^

近くに商店があり、不足するものは徒歩で調達できるので便利でした。 飲食店も近隣にたくさんあること、駐車場から0分で荷物も移動できる。 たくさんいいところはあります。が、バスマットと床の清潔さに欠ける点が残念でした。バスマットも交換が簡単なタオルのほうがいいです。

ユーグレナモールから徒歩５分ほど リネンも十分用意していただき、清潔でした。 洗濯機も室内にあり 干す用のラックもご用意してもらえてたので使用させてもらいましだ。助かりました。 ベランダも広いので、そこに干したりもできました。 また利用したいです。

すぐ近くに地元のスーパーがあり、とても助かりました。繁華街へのアクセスは徒歩圏内なので利用しやすかったです。ただ、2泊したのですがフェイスタオルが1枚だけだと寂しいのと、箸が割り箸1組だったのが残念でした。

また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。 予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。 最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。

今回、初めて利用させて頂きました。 こちらに選んだのは、利便性がとても良いためです、公設市場、ファミリーマート、美崎町、などがすべて徒歩圏内です。今後利用される方は、ホテルの前の道を右に行きすぐの、ほんな商店が、おすすめです、朝食や日用品がすべて揃います。私は、シェービンクとハミガキ粉買いました、おかゆのような柔らかいジューシーも飲みすぎた胃袋にナイスです。(オニササもあります(笑)) 今回は、露時期で雨が多かったですが傘が用意されており助かりました。 次回、10月頃、来島しますので予約が取れれば宜しくお願い致します。
