The room was dirty. The cleaning crew came quite early before checkout and chased us from the room before we were ready, which is ironic as it wasnt clean, specifically the floors!!! The reception staff were friendly and even though it is an older place it was pretty good.

Location is good. Room was in a poor state, agied equipment alot of rust on microwave and fridge. Blinds on all windows were broken. MDF cupboard doors were peeling and swollen and mouldy. This may have been only one room, don't know about the rest!

First room had a broken toilet seat. Second room the Air conditioning wasn't working, the fridge was turned down to the lowest setting, there was no hot water and the WIFI wasn't working. Car park was so small.

Communication needs to be better. It was all clean. Everything you need was there, but had a smell. Needs to spray or keep an air freshener in the apartment. Saw couple of cockroaches inside the apartment. The main problem was the wifi. The five days of our stay, didn’t get any wifi connection at all. Needed to do some research using wifi. The staff were not very helpful on that issue.
