Thank you to the amazing staff at Villa Baixa. We can’t recommend this place enough - the pictures didn’t do the room justice. It’s lovely and the staff were so helpful. There aren’t many rooms and we were lucky to get one.

Beautiful property, great location and team great customer service. Rooms are just lacking on lux details. No where to put personal items in the shower, tea towels to dry hands etc. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable and there are no 2 bed options. Windows are low and no screens. Wouldn’t recommend for families with small children. Good for single or couple so that no one has to use the sofa bed.

Location was perfect. Beautiful clean hotel. Staff were lovely. Only thing that has poor communication on is the hotel transfer, however cabs to the airport are way cheaper than setting up transfer with hotel.

We stayed in a suite with kitchenette and balcony on the fourth floor and our room was amazing. Both beds were perfect and we had everything we needed to enjoy a stay in downtown Lisbon. The staff were friendly and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for more. There’s a great restaurant in the same building, just beside Villa Baixa as well. Easy walk to Alfama and Barrio Alto, steps to the riverside and taxis stands at the plaza to the north. We loved it!
